Not sure what all the hype is about. The tacos were nothing special (the asada was actually pretty tough). I've given them two chances now - the first tome we waited 45 minutes before asking them whether our order would be ready soon and they discovered that they had forgotten about us. The second time we waited 25 minutes for our tacos.

I've never been to Peru and I may never need to go. The place is kinda like Grand Theft Auto meets Lima or something. I came on Friday night and "The Andean Solitary" was piping pan-flute beats. The food was great and the experience was visually and audibly stimulating. I tried a mulita al pastor with pineapple. Others in the group selected tacos, tallarines, torta, and vampiro. Everything was outstanding. Maybe the torta was allegedly outclassed elsewhere but still worth chowing down on. Horchata was completely on point! The place was packed and the staff got super busy. We did have to ask for one person's order but the circumstances were understandable. It's not a classy place but it is worth the raw experience of the place.

Easily the best tacos I've ever had. I've had pretty much everything on the menu now, and it's all fresh, all delicious, the service is great, and the prices are excellent.

Handmade tortillas, flavorful meats, THE GREEN SAUCE!! It's hard to choose one item when the entire menu is insanely yummy. perfect little shop w/ super friendly and helpful staff

The decor of the place is very simple but the food was really good. I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito. The burrito was huge with lots of meat inside. The cook didn't skimp on the meat. One burrito can easily feed two people. There is a parking lot on the side of the restaurant, but street parking is not hard to find. I would definitely eat here again.

Tortilla's made fresh, little to no fat on the Carne Asada, and the crack sauce, easily make these tacos the best I ever had. They also have pop ups, so if you aren't close to the Burbank location, you can still enjoy greatness when you're out, and about!

Tacos were great , great atmosphere. Don’t be scared to try new things. I will be back for sure.

The service was okay the only thing is It didn't have any flavor. My family and I ate the food but it had no flavor at all no matter how much salt, lime...etc we added it still had no flavor. I would not come back to this place. Even the limes they had were so dry. If you want Good Hispanic food then you shouldn't come here.

Great food and great quality. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful in explaining the menu items. Unfortunately, they were out of peppers when we went, and couldn't make chili relleno, but we'll definitely be returning.

The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is because I ordered the EXACT same thing yesterday as I did today (lomo saltado burrito with no guacamole) and the salt content difference is STAGGERING. Perfect amount of seasoning yesterday...but so much salt today that I couldn't even taste the other seasonings. Beyond that, I've never had any issues from here and the food is (almost) always cooked to perfection (and my wife is from Peru, so we both know what that tastes like). I'll continue to come back here...that hasn't deterred me from ever coming back. Kind of just hope they read my review and figure out what went wrong.

I guess this used to be a strictly Peruvian restaurant but turned a mix of Mexican food/tacos. My coworkers had been here before and suggested the Lomo Saltado, so I got that. You go to the counter and order your food. The lady took my order and I checked in and got a free coke. My coworkers waited in line and the lady in front went to do a bunch of other things since they were short staffed. Maybe ten minutes later, they finally got their order in. They got a Lomo Saltado burrito, a fish taco and some steak tacos. The wait was slightly long but overall the food was good. The Lomo Saltado was very flavorful and filling. I was stuffed!

This place is the bomb. The Pervian Mulitas and Tacos are to die for. This food is Great quality and very filling. This will be a new staple for me. And in addition to the great food and service is the young man behind the counter.... Raphael I believe. He embraces every single customer that comes through the door. I went in for the first time last week and he remembered my name. It's so important to have good people representing your business and this place hired the best. Going back next week and I highly recommend that you do the same! FIVE STARS

I hate writing this review as I really wanted to like this place based on all the hype and the long lines I have seen. But either I am out of touch or that's all there is to this place is hype. Ordered chicken tacos and fried Yucca. The Yucca although way overpriced was good but the main thing i came for-the tacos were awful. I have never had such dried out chicken in my life. Its a shame really. The concept is good and the ingredients are quality and thought out well but the main ingredient is the chicken and if it is so dry, the rest gets ruined. I will not be coming back.

Ohmagawd, they finally reopened the restaurant as Pablitos Tacos. They still have some of the Peruvian influenced items from the Kitchen days, but super super happy they went the Taco route. We loved hitting up the taco truck when it was out front. Our favorite is the Carne Asada stuff, and they still have the green Aji (crack) sauce. They do offer lettuce wraps for their tacos, but for some reason, they charge more for the lettuce than they do for the tortilla. We got an order as takeout, so when I got my tacos home, I put all the meat and toppings into a bowl and let my hubs eat the tortillas. Worked great! Still so delish. Lol, they no longer have the ramen.
