My Father in Law saw an article in the LA Times about this place and we all went as a family to have dinner there.
There is a public parking lot next door, or you can valet through the restaurant, (which was $15 at the time of this review). We parked next door.
We had made reservations and were seated immediately. The waiter was very interactive and accommodating. The service was spectacular, someone was always nearby to remove or deliver clean plates/utensils and keep our glasses full. When we initially googled the place, it seemed like a bourgeois place, however we were pleasantly surprised by although it appearing that way, the vibe, in person, was more 'elevated' than pretentious. We ordered the Bolognese, the Braised OxTail and a Margarita pizza. 10/10 on all counts.
The Pizza had a fresh basil that was gently kissed by the heat which gave the bites even more flavor, and the ragu of both the Bolognese and the OxTail was clearly done properly, and you could taste the fact it was slow cooked to perfection, with all the good flavors that come with that kind of cooking. The noodles were done Al Dente.
We had dessert, which were scoops of gelato. We were able to try several flavors and they were also perfection. The Chocolate gelato tasted like a well made mousse, and the Raspberry sorbet tasted like sweet raspberries.
In short, this place is amazing. We will be back sooner than later - this place is going to get busy as more people discover it. Better go now while you still can :)

I live in Burbank and I always look for good restaurants and I’m really happy that this restaurant opened in the area. I had dinner there tonight and I was absolutely delighted, the food was delicious, the service was great and the ambience was excellent. It’s a must try.

Had a great time at Palma Ristorante. Restaurant had great atmosphere and amazing food & drink. I ordered the 22oz Ribeye and could not be happier. The steak was cooked perfectly and I could taste the quality. The grilled Spanish octopus over green pea purée was also incredible, and I highly recommend it if you like octopus.
The service was great and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive, coming by to check on tables regularly.
Overall a great higher-end dining restaurant in the Burbank area!

We had an incredible time at the new Palma restaurant in Burbank! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the clean, modern, and fresh ambiance. Everything feels brand new, and the decor is chic without feeling overdone. It’s the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a fun date.
The bar is amazing—loaded with a wide range of drinks and unique selections. The bartenders are friendly, attentive, and clearly know their craft. They made excellent recommendations and took our experience to the next level. The staff even came by to check on us, which made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated.
And the food… wow! Every dish was delicious, with quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their menu.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Palma is a fantastic addition to the Burbank dining scene. Highly recommend!
