I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, even though it had been ready for a while. The staff completely ignored me, showing no sense of urgency or attention. Even when I approached them to ask for my order, they casually responded with "Okay," and I still had to wait. All they needed to do was turn around and hand me my food. It was frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

I love this Panda Express; thus, why I make the 20 minute drive to it. The food is much more tasty than the other Panda's around my house. Service is great too, and fast! Sometimes it gets really busy though and you have people standing next to you while you eat because although there is space for sitting, there's not much space for people to be waiting in line.

I stopped by this Panda Express today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon on the orange chicken bowl. I was already in the Burbank Empire Center when I placed the order through the mobile app. I parked closer to Target so I just had to walk to Panda. This Panda location has a drive thru and it does get busy so be aware. If you park in the spots near the place then you might get stuck. When I walked inside the place, they weren't that busy at all and my order was still being made. It didn't take long for it to be down and they don't give you a lot of orange chicken in the bowl. I think it's standard at all Panda Express location which is sad now.
Vegetarian options: There are some healthy selections for Vegetarian
Parking: There plenty of parking spots here but if you want the one closer to the place then it's limited
