I’m a regular at Panda Express. It’s my go to when I don’t know what to eat and I usually enjoy it. But this location? Absolutely not…. The food was stale clearly not fresh and the portion sizes were a joke I ordered a bigger plate and received the exact same amount of food as my boyfriend who ordered the smaller plate Why charge more if you’re going to serve the same portions? It honestly felt like the staff didn’t want to cook more food so they just gave whatever was left lol Oh and top of that the attitude from the employees was awful and clearly annoyed to be doing their job. I love Panda but this location has lost my business Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I am a panda enthusiast. I love how quick, affordable and convenient it is. But this panda really takes the cake in terms of customer service— I was informed by a worker that my order was delayed due to a miscommunication in making fresh bejing beef. I understand this happens, so I was happy to wait especially knowing my food would be extra fresh. Where this location differs is the workers’ responsiveness in taking initiative to check in with me. He also offered me extra bejing beef and a drink while I waited. I was super happy with this! I will definitely chose to return here as opposed to other locations.

Went here for lunch today, very friendly fast service. The atmosphere was very clean and appreciated the female staff member today asking if she could get me anything else. Thank you for such great service!
I ordered through the app. Indicated all my requests but when I picked up my order I was not given my order complete. When I requested the extras I ordered, the manager proceeded to ask an employee how many plates she could give me for the family meal and gave me four plates. I asked for soy sauce, but none was given. I don't see the point of checking off the panda pickup receipt if they are not going to follow the special instructions.

Isabel truly made my visit special by ensuring that my order was perfect & providing outstanding customer service. Thanks to her dedication. I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. It's rare to find such great customer service. I highly recommend visiting Burbank location with Isabel S. leading the team, you can always expect great service & fantastic experience.
