The staffs are nice. Taste is what you’d usually expect from any Panda Express branch. Found a strand of hair in my food… not the end of the world but still, this makes you loose appetite.

I just had one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences at this Panda Express. Around 4 p.m., the manager brought out a cook and proceeded to fire him in front of about 10 guests, myself included. We could hear everything she was saying. There was absolutely no discretion or professionalism.
It was incredibly sad and awkward to witness. That man deserved better. As guests, we should not have been exposed to such a personal and serious matter. Where was the humility?
This manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I sincerely hope leadership addresses how this situation was handled. No one, employee or customer, should have to be part of that.

This is just a PSA to the Diet Coke drinkers out there-- I'm pretty sure their Diet Coke machine dispenses Coke Zero, either that or it just tastes terrible. Otherwise the place is good, I live nearby so I walk there fairly often.

please stop making the delivery drivers fill my drink every time they pick my order up. they do not have a food handler certificate and you don't know where their hands have been. they are not an employee of that restaurant.

Beef broccoli was horrid. Broccoli was raw still and only 3 pieces of meat. The manager has the staff skimping out as if they were charging him for the food.

The worker Nydia always forgets the sauce, fortune cookies, but always makes sure to charge you the exact price. Poor customer service at this location. Other locations such as Lankershim go above and beyond, this location, you have to ask for the minimum.
