I love Panera Bread! I wish there were more locations. My fav dishes broccoli soup Chipotle avocado melt You must try the mac & cheese Most of the time they are cooked to perfection good portions delicious flavors. And I have to say that this location is always clean which is a plus. And from their sweets I love their chocolate chip cookies always soft and perfect for those who like it that way.

I have meeting here almost every month. We tend to always stay until closing. The staff is soo great there, most places will kick you out if you don’t order things on a regular hourly basis. But they are very chill and very friendly, we always order way more that usual because we love this place. The staff is very nice and they give you a feeling like it’s home.

A solid Panera location with a good amount of indoor and patio seating. The tables are clean and spaced nicely so you can sit and work on your laptop/homework/etc. Nearly every store and restaurant around it recently closed so now it's extra quiet too. The only downer is the lack of vegan options on the menu but other that than it's a typical Panera with lots of free parking.

I was here two weeks ago with my 11 month old son and I just wanted to take to a moment to write about how wonderful my experience was. Having a baby and getting around with him alone is already a task within itself, and not many people take the time to think about that and offer a hand. Nathan, an employee or possible store manager, saw that I had my son with me and he went above and beyond to help me. He brought my food to me, so I didn't have to get up and juggle my son while grabbing my plate of food. He even asked me what tea I wanted and got it for me even though it's self serve. I can't tell you how much I truly appreciated that! Thank you for the excellent service and experience. I will most definitely be coming back.

Been here many times now. Staff is very nice they also let you try the soups before ordering them if you don’t want to risk buying a soup you might not like. Never had a problem with the service.

My husband and I love our Panera Bread in Downtown Burbank, Ca. We're there almost every morning for our favorite Hazelnut coffee, pastries and bagels. The Manager Nathan and his Team are always friendly, helpful and make sure everything is like you ordered and If it's not they want to know so they can make it right, great service with a smile especially Kelli, she's always smiling and so energetic making sure everything and everyone's taken care of!!

I wish the cashiers would pay more attention, I ordered a lemon drop and choc chunk cookie and a bread bowl. I repeated this to the cashier 3 times and he still forgot my lemon drop cookie so I had to stand in line again and it took forever for this family to figure out what they want , it was super aggravating , the cashier didn't even apologize just said " oh I never charged you for that" what the f*** I repeated my self 3 times and u still didn't figure it out , I shouldn't have to stand in line twice beacuse U can't take a simple order it was only 3 things. I get mistakes happen but this guy wasnt paying attention at all

Dinner and a movie. First and foremost the service here is always friendly. I usually pick the pick two when I can't decide and you can't go wrong with their unsweetened black tea or the prickly pear Fresca!

Delicious but to me a little over priced

My daughter and I came here for breakfast and shared the sausage sandwich. It was very good! I guess the cost is average at about $5.79 but it's only the sandwich. Anyway I also tried the cookies. I have chocolate chip and the oatmeal with cranberries. Omg they were so good!

Panera Bread always delivers the goods. I had a craving for a bagel and coffee today. I drove out to downtown Burbank to visit the local Panera after I had some great experiences at Panera in Phoenix and Atlanta recently. I was greeted by a smile and a large assortment of bagels. The ordering process was simple and the service was stellar. I had two whole wheat bagels and a hazelnut coffee. The bagels were fresh yet a bit stiff/dry. Not as fluffy as I had hoped but that may simply be the whole wheat ingredients that keep the dough coarse. Overall, the experience was good. Note that parking can be a bit challenging as this Panera location is right across a large movie theater. Try street parking or with a bit of luck you can find a spot in the parking garage.
