Bhuppi at the Burbank site on Glenoaks was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Both two men’s friendly nature and they are good workers. We don't usually go to Papa John's for pizza, but bhupi made me glad that we did. Great job with our veggies pizza too!

Vary bad and dirty the people who work one of them went to bathroom and didn’t clean their hands and touched pizza with it and they are vary late and not wearing gloves I recommend you to not order this place nor pick up

I do not understand how this place it's still open, pizza dough taste horrible, I asked for extra sauce and cheese, none of the ingredients were in it, the "manager", the only one person (Armen) was rude, very unfriendly. When I called to explain my disappointment, he told me that he personally verified my order was correct....really????? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! They just LOST another client.

I’m never ordering from papa John’s again lost a long time customer. her kids when on the counter running all over.

I had the BEST experience at Papa John's, all thanks to Aryan! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Aryan was incredibly polite, attentive, and patient, taking the time to explain the menu and recommend the perfect pizza for my taste. He even made sure that my order was prepared just the way I like it.
What really stood out was his genuine friendliness and professionalism. He made me feel like a valued customer, which is rare these days. The pizza was delicious, but Aryan’s outstanding customer service is what will keep me coming back. Papa John’s is lucky to have someone like him on the team. Highly recommend!

The manager Sonny was very kind and made sure I was taking care of and assured me my food would be done in seven minutes and since I didn’t order online or call ahead I’m very impressed on how fast it was done and as I waited I had a chance to look around the front counter area and the place was really clean , so if your not sure what to eat tonight I’m recommending you come in here and get some great food, you definitely won’t be disappointed- I know I wasn’t disappointed, mmmm got a full belly now thanks Sonny!! You’ll be seeing me again for sure.
Wheelchair accessibility: Was very easy to get into store and I have an electric chair that is pretty wide with more clearance then I needed, I know some places that don’t have that much room but not a problem here

This is the 3rd time I’ve placed an order 40 minutes before they close and it’s gotten cancelled. I get off work late and this is one of the few places open late. Don’t say your open till 2 am if your gonna close early and cancel orders. Clearly lazy workers who shouldn’t have jobs. Owner needs to take action
