Been going to Papas for about 3 years now and it’s my go to place for any type of premium meat. The staff is the absolute best and they really treat you like family. I always go after my workouts for their bbq chicken, best chicken I have ever had. Their price clearly reflects the quality of their food. This is the one place I can proudly refer to my friends and family just because of how amazing the whole establishment is. It’s truly a blessing to have such a butcher nearby in Burbank.

We got the pastrami sandwich for lunch and took some wagyu and pork home to cook for dinner. It was incredible and the guys working there are so kind and sweet. Great food and great customer service. We will be back!

Great variety of meats you will not find around Burbank, even Whole Foods. Well marbled steaks ,including wagu. Also marinated meat and chicken that’s unique and better than u can make at home.

After my PT appointment I was looking for someplace to get lunch ! I saw Papas online and saw the pastrami sandwich and knew I had to try it! It was 🔥! I'm getting the Vinny next time! Great service!

Best marinated shrimp I’ve ever had

Such a wonderful spot! They were so friendly and the pastrami sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. We picked up food to cook at home later and can’t wait to come back and try everything

I stopped in here with my wife to check it out and grab a sandwich, and I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the bombest places around.

The two guys working were both SUPER friendly and helpful, explained to us each of the cuts and marinades for the meats. We went with galbi-style short ribs and two sandwiches (pastrami and Italian).

I was blown away by the sandwiches. Big claim, but possibly some of the best in town. The pastrami was tender and flavorful, very generous portions, slaw on top was crisp and creamy. Honestly don’t know where I’ve had a better pastrami sandwich. The Italian hit the spot. I was craving a classic Italian sub with hot peppers. This hit the mark, 10s across the board.

I held off on writing this review until we cooked the galbi — after all this is a butcher shop. The marinade is nothing short of heavenly. The meat is perfect cooked on the grill. We did galbi bowls with a bit of rice, vinegar cucumber salad and kimchi. If I closed my eyes, I imagine myself sitting in one of the heavy hitters in K-town.

To be honest we didn’t even scratch the surface with the selection of wagyu, thick cuts, chicken and crack shrimp and are already talking about what we’re going to pickup next. We will be back. Tell your friends. This place is the real deal.

What a Burbank gem!!! Quality meat and amazing sandwiches! I just tried the Italian sandwich (which might be my new favorite) and the pastrami, both of which are delicious and made of high quality ingredients. Their marinated chicken and crack shrimp are awesome and make for quick dinners too! Love this place and will definitely be back!

Wow! This pastrami sandwich is on another level. Served on a nice ciabatta bun, the pastrami is smoked overnight to perfection + the slaw has a really nice zesty flavor (could practically eat it on its own!).

The guys working there were super friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Just great vibes and an awesome experience across the board.

So glad I stumbled into Papa’s Meat & Seafood. The selection of meats is not huge but they have the best cuts to choose from. If you don’t see what you need you can special order in advance and get almost any cut. I decided on an Australian Wagyu Denver Steak and a Prime Rib Eye they had on display. I added their 14 hour smoked pastrami to the bill for what’s one of the best pastramis I have had outside of Katz’s in NY. The steaks were bananas. Marbling and quality rivaled any high end steakhouse. Best steaks I’ve ever eaten at home. Total bill was just over $100 for 2 steaks and the pastrami sandwich. You will spend some coin but completely worth it. 10/10 will be back.

Hidden little gem in Burbank. 2 of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The pastrami is outstanding. Great portion, tender and juicy, heavily seasonded but not too salty, with just the right ratio of fatty and lean meat. Great sandwich!!The Italian sandwich might be the best Italian sandwich I've ever had. The bread is perfection! Crusty and crispy outside, steamy-soft and pillowy on the inside. Tangy sauce, spicy (but not too spicy) giardiniera, and the perfect combination of meats and cheese. I loved this sandwich.They also have a butcher counter with a big selection of prime and wagyu meats (marinated, and non-marinated).

Crack shrimp is extremely good and fresh

This small business blew me away when I walked in the door. What a cute butcher shop centrally located on Glenoaks Ave in Burbank.Plenty of street parking in front and on the side streets. Just read the signs for street cleaning hours.Help support local businesses!!!
