No longer Peet's. Has been changed to Joanes Coffee. 5 stars for Joanes Coffee
Waited in line along with 6-7 other people (I was first in line) for 15 minutes without being greeted or served. They weren't serving anyone, just chatting. Latino male and African American female working @ 5:45am on Thursday Dec. 5th. After I left the line, about 15-20 people went in the line, were not served, and also left. Female also had air pods in and didn't make eye contact with any of the customers, so no wonder she didn't notice us. Worst service experience ever.
Nice people. Slow service. Easily overwhelmed. Out of bread/eggs. No sandwiches available and no announcement to that effect. Coffee lukewarm.
Average Peet's coffee. Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was as usual. Bay Street could have been fresher.
service is awesome even when they are busy. looking forward to a return trip. this place has an awesome atmosphere.
Good coffee, slow to make strange orders.
The service was very sociable and kind. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.
Piping hot coffee, alert they do not provide powder creamer
Great Pete's nice staff and wonderful coffee
Good customer service @ gate B1

I ordered an americano there and it was probably one of the worst americanos I’ve ever had. Burnt, tastes like charcoal. Plus, the prices are higher than other Peet’s coffeeshops.
Was happy to see when I looked the night before that they open at 5:00am. I arrived at 5:30am for a 6:30am flight and they are not open. There are 3-4 people working AT A SNAILS PACE behind the counter getting set up. They spend more time telling people “we’re not open yet” than they would just helping them. Disappointing.
There albacore cucumber sandwich on sourdough was just what I needed on my layover home to Arkansas!!!
Considering I'm a huge coffee addict, this is the best coffee in town!! Coffee is strong, fraps are creamy, and service is on point! Highly recommend it!!
First they were out of breakfast sandwiches so I ordered a burrito, which is totally fine. However they then gave me the wrong burrito and there weren't any grapes with it as advertised. It also appeared they were giving out decaf coffee instead of regular, but perhaps they were just incorrectly labeled. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
