The employee helping me was kind however there was only THREE flavors to choose from and then there are no samples which is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning.

I love frozen yogurt and this Pinkberry is my go to in Burbank. Although they usually only ever have the same 4 flavors available, it is good. I usually get the plain tart and chocolate chip cookie and both are delicious. The staff is super friendly and are not stingy when it comes to the toppings, since it's not self serve anymore. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is cool. Overall, I would obviously come again if I'm in the area just wish they had more flavors to choose from.

Terrible yogurt not even fresh. When was the last time you guys cleaned the yogurt machine. Pink berry has to get a health inspector I rather go to Ben and jerry next door to you guys. The yogurts are a scam they weight it and the workers put there fingers to weigh it down more so they can rip you off 70 dollars for 4 medium yougurts unbelievable they should just shut this pink berry down like the other locations.

Not my favorite location. This is self serve so that's a bonus and they weigh it for pricing. I feel like the yogurt is definitely water down, and not as flavorful. Also, I add 2 scoop of topping and wooowww it was over 10 bucks. I can get more yogurt with topping at other locations. I think I will go back to the silver lake location because this place is a rip off

The health department needs to shut this place down for good. It smells like wet towel and rotten milk in here. I asked the employee if he could please clean the machines and he snapped and said that he hasn't done so because he is the only one working and the line never slowed down enough for him to step away to clean. I think the pictures say it all. I wish there was a zero stars option. I love Pinkberry but unfortunately this place is destroying the brand. Someone do something.

This location does not live up to pinkberry standard. Not sure if all locations will be making the switch to self serve but the yogurt was lacking in flavor and icy, at $0.79 an ounce it is not worth it. The staff also didn't pay much attention, we asked for a receipt after paying and she walked away. We ask the other server at the register and we're also ignored. I really hope it is just this is location specific and the other pink berry locations do not switch to self serve. I will be sad to stop eating at pinkberry, it is one of the few frozen yogurt places I frequent.

This is not the same Pinkberry that I'm used to. Seeing that it was self-serve should have been a sign, but I got some anyways and it was so disappointing. At a whopping $.79 an ounce it's ridiculous that they charge this much. The yogurt taste completely different and it was almost icy. Don't come here expecting the original because it is not the same.

I don't know if it's just this location or all of them, but this IS NOT the quality that it used to be. Maybe like self-serve has something to do with this.

This Pinkberry is located in front of Amc 16. My favorite yoghurt place in downtown Burbank is actually yogurtland but ever since they closed, I had been coming more often at this location. I went here after watching Barbie on its first weekend showing. Pinkberry had partnered with Warner Bros and offered a new flavor, Barbie Land Berry which is a blend of Strawberry and Dragon Fruit flavored frozen yogurt topped with Dream Sprinkles. Would you think Pinkberry would assign more people working in the weekend. Nope, there's one person in the store so there's a huge line. And the biggest bummer, they're out of Barbie cups.

Yikes, $9.14 for a little container of frozen yogurt? That was barely filled to the top with a couple strawberries and crisps on it?? Jesus Christ, not worth the price. Way too over priced. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stinkberry! If you fill a dirty shoe with rotten milk and put it in a freezer then you would understand what this yogurt tastes like. How is it still in business? Who likes this sour, overpriced crap? Who's in charge of their boring, unimaginative flavors? Walking into it today reminded me of walking into a Walmart. Catering boxes stacked everywhere, dirty yogurt machines, cups hidden in a corner and only a few machines were working. Who trains the girl to ask her customers if they need a spoon? The owner should open a Yogurtland and dump this stupid franchise immediately. Or better yet close completely and let someone who is detailed, friendly, clean and organized have her spot. It's so funny that every bad review over the last 3 years, the owner said it's "under new ownership"..It's time for another change!

The girl today 04/05/23 at 8:15 pm.Was so rude to me and my wife she even give us a attitude for no reason besides the fact that she speak to us in a annoyed moody way. Very rude. Bad service. Never coming to this location again. First time and last.

Pinkberry? More like Stankberry. I visited Pinkberry earlier this week to take advantage of my free birthday coupon. I was told I couldn't get a free serving, but I would get a credit toward my purchase, because they sold it by weight. I paid the difference and ate the yogurt. I returned tonight to use a 50% off coupon. I was told that this location wouldn't honor that coupon. Both of these coupons were on the Pinkberry app. This felt like a bait and switch. The yogurt is not cheap. I can go to the supermarket and get 2 pints for the price of serving of Pinkberry. I will not be returning to this location because of these experiences, and also because of the rude girl behind the counter. Also, we sat at one of the tables outside, and they were dirty. It was an all-around negative experience. Somehow the yogurt doesn't taste as good as it used to..I've written to corporate because they advertised the coupons via the app, and their franchisee does not honor them.
