I really hate to write a negative review, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. We waited for several minutes to order hot food and nobody helped us. There were two workers behind the counter that simply stood there but didn’t say anything to us. They disappeared and there was nobody in line ahead of us, so we start to tell the cashier what we want to order. He says, “nobody helped you?”, then puts gloves on and starts making our food, sporadically because he was also helping other customers and going into the back to make part of our order. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and it tasted really off, almost sour. I think the cheese was moldy. We heard the two other parties on either side of our table complaining about the food as well. We got our money back for that dish, and the cashier knew about the issue with that dish. I don’t understand how we were allowed to order it, or why nobody from the restaurant was going around to let us know the food was no good. My wife got the spaghetti bolognese, which she didn’t enjoy because the meat was really overcooked. I found the garlic bread to be incredibly bland, and not garlic-y at all. I can handle less than stellar service, but with food this bad, I just felt the need to share my experience. It’s literally left a terrible taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

This place was beyond bad, I was heavily disappointed with the staff and the food, it’s one thing to get bad service then good food, but that fact that it was horrible service AND food? Insane. I will never come back to this establishment, the young gentlemen’s that work the front in the hot food section need A LOT training.

Nice italian restaurant here. They have a deli and offer a wide range of italian items. I ordered the meat lasagna and enjoyed it! It had lots of cheese and was delicious. The plate comes with some garlic bread pieces which were also the perfect texture and tasted amazing. It was my first time there and I definitely recommend it. There is a nice ambiance from the decorations to the dim lighting in the dining area. Their menu is great and has lots of options! 10/10

Went to this restaurant for the first time, and the layout of the restaurant ordering area was confusing. Waitstaff was super unhelpful with us and passive-aggressive with me and my friend to the point of being rude. Once food was out, it was bland. The pizza was okay but didn't make up for the treatment. The silver lining was the Gelato staff (2 guys), who were actually nice and helpful. With this, I'm not going back.

What a lovely little treasure! We had lasagna, pizza, and a sandwich. All of it was top notch! We were able to buy a bottle of wine and drink it there, too, which was lovely and inexpensive. Really, all of it was inexpensive. So excellent. All of the employees seemed happy and were fun to interact with.

First time here...always wanted to try this Italian haunt. Absolutely loved it! Best Tiiramisu in town!! Delicious homestyle Italian offerings with good size portions. The gelato bar looked so good. On my list for our next visit. They also have a grocery section with a rather wide array of Italian staples, as well as some interesting eats. Definitely worth checking out.

This place is a hidden gem in LA . So quirky and fun. So many ways to enjoy it. The Ala cart chicken is great , super crowded in peak times though. Outdoor seating is casual and you can bring food from the grocery store over! Amazing overall experience one of my favorite la spots.

I was visiting Burbank with my family and came across Pinocchio's by chance. Not only was the food AMAZING, the prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were HUGE. Everything is authentic and family run, and the atmosphere was classic. For dessert we had the homemade gelato, which was as good or better than any gelato I've ever had anywhere in the world (and comes in a wide variety of flavors)! Then, to cap it all off, I accidentally left my credit card behind. I was panicked when I realized it was missing the next day, but when I called, they had it at the front (one of their staff found it on the floor and turned it in)! Everything about Pinocchio's was just a breath of fresh air, and I wish I lived close enough to come visit frequently. Did I mention they also have a full Italian bakery and deli, and a wide variety of European treats and products (and wines)?!!! Truly a 5 Star experience for what it is. Thank you Pinocchio!
