Tried this location a few times due to convenience & it Just wasn’t it for me taste wise. Customer service was just fine but the food overall was not good.

I’ve always appreciated the quality of the chicken here—it’s consistently delicious and a standout dish. However, my recent experience with the service left much to be desired. It seems like they might be anticipating fewer customers, as they often seem unprepared for the demand.

On this occasion, I placed my order an hour in advance, which made my extended wait inside especially frustrating. To make matters worse, I had two separate orders for different locations, but the staff packed them together in one bag. I’ve experienced wait times exceeding 20 minutes in the past, which is far from ideal.

Additionally, the mashed potatoes and gravy were lacking—not only were the portions small, but there was no gravy included at all, which was disappointing. I really hope they can improve their service, as the delicious chicken deserves better support!

THIS LOCATION IS DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE AND I'VE MANY TIMES OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. EVERYTIME, AND I MEAN EVERYTIME, I GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY MESS UP MY ORDER OR THE COMPUTER DOESN'T WORK! I CAN ORDER ON DOORDASH OR IN-STORE AND THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER OR LEAVE SOMETHING OUT - LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME. THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT INSIDE TO ORDER THE COMPUTERS DIDN'T WORK - I'M NOT JOKING! THE COMPUTERS COULDN'T TAKE ORDERS OR ACCEPT MY CARD. THEY EVEN INSTALLED SELF CHECK OUT KIOSK IN THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF HOW "SLOW" SOME OF THIS LOCATIONS EMPLOYEES ARE AND EVEN THE SELF CHECK OUT KIOSK DIDN'T WORK. I LITERALLY HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ORDER THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THE COMPUTERS DIDN'T WORK. THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT HERE THE EMPLOYEES TRIED TO RESET THE COMPUTERS WHEN THEY COULDN'T TAKE MY ORDER AND BOTH TIMES THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT WORKING. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE STAYS IN BUSINESS. WHOEVER MANAGES THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT IN. THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES IN LOS ANGELES.

Came to this shop first time and employee Carlos with worst customer service and attitude. Simply asked to put 2 pumps of mango flavor to mix with my frozen lemonade .. instead of 4 pumps of strawberry. He denied to do that . When I asked for his name ..he denied to give me his name ..almost not wanting to give me my receipt..when I asked to talk with a manager he said no manager in charge.. worst experience at a restaurant. Customer service needs to be better

The chicken was incredibly awesome, walked in with my bro and bought the family special for $25 coupon online. Payed in full with my chime card. I had it all.

Parking: It's a stop and go place but people to eat there. So I don't know what to tell you.

Kid-friendliness: For kids who know how to control themselves in environmental spots like these

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy just hold the door and let the person on the wheel machine drive inside.

I am from New Orleans. I was missing home and decided popeyes was a perfect treat to get a taste of normal. I placed a simple order for all sides and it was wrong. I then spent all night and the next day so sick from the food. When I miss home in the future, I will just look at pictures.
