One of my favorite coffee shops around. I always get the iced praline and creams mocha. Fireeee !! Everyone there is really nice

Great atmosphere, I could have sit there and read a book for a while. Hard to find parking around the place. Staff are very prompt to take and deliver the orders, you would still see a line outside the door.
The coffee itself was fine, Americano was serves boiling hot which I didn’t expect and burnt myself. Chocolate croissant was also fine, not crispy at all, which is what I expect from a croissant, maybe a personal preference …

Priscilla’s Coffee in Burbank is a charming, cozy spot with great vibes and consistently good coffee. The drinks are always well-made, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The interior is perfect for working or catching up with friends, and there’s a nice selection of pastries as well. That said, parking is a real downside. It’s incredibly hard to find a spot nearby, especially during peak hours. There have been multiple times I’ve planned to grab a coffee here but ended up going to a neighboring café because I couldn’t find parking.

Excellent customer service and delicious iced coffee. They also have a wide selection of take home coffee and teas and will freshly grind the beans for you. It does get busy but the staff works very hard to minimize wait times. I come here every time I pass by and sometimes even when I don't.

OH PRISCILLA’S, MY LOVE, AMOR DA MINHA VIDA LUZ DE MEUS OLHOS CANTELHA DA MINHA ALMA i’m not even brazillian but this place is just amazing on like a transcendent level. my favorite coffee shop of all time, reminds me of a burbank luke’s diner, and it’s so close to bobs big boy and the burbank airport. the service is always amazing, coffee is always delicious (i don’t even have an order i just ask what’s good) and the pastries are to die for, especially the churro croissant, tears are coming to my eyes as i imagine that delicacy. also the vibes are simply immaculate, just an amazing place overall 10/10

Lots of visitors even in the evening, not enough parking, fast service, delicious coffee. I recommend.

This place is super cute. Coffee drinks are very sugary though! Always ask for half the amount of syrup. The snacks are yummy and the indoor eating area is so cozy.

Kid-friendliness: Ehhh, it's ok.

I want to like Priscilla's, I really do, but they dont make it easy. Its as loud as Grand Central Station inside, and there's never, ever seating. Their outside seating is basically your only option, but it is nice, if you can find a table. The coffee is $#!%, basically gas station quality. The pastries are not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Their merch is cool tho.

Then there's the service. Where do I even start... I think the straw that broke ye 'ol camel was when I showed up and two of the baristas were talking about how the fridge was "probably broken because it wouldn't keep ice frozen," but then they decided to just leave it for the manager to find. After that they took my order. Oops. The people who work there are all "waiting for their big break" and I fear don't have food safety at the top of mind. And best of luck if a director/actor/producer is in front of you in line, you'll just have to wait for them to catch up on whatever. I recommend going here only if Coffea is closed...

The coffee is great! I recommend ordering online. The lines look long at times. But the coffee is worth it. (Cafe Borgia over ice is what I ordered). They have parking in the back of building btw.

Totally favorite coffee shop! Toluca Lake is a quaint, classy area. Inside and outside seating, friendly staff, wonderful coffee, and my favorite is the breakfast smoothie with banana and peanut butter. Clientele is classy and considerate, the staff is top shelf! Parking is a bit of a challenge, but I typically walk here and love taking a stroll up and down Riverside Drive.
