Priscilla's Gourmet Coffee Tea & Gifts

This is my favorite coffee shop in Burbank. The food and coffee are delicious. The customer service is exceptional. There’s plenty of seating for both individuals as well as larger groups. There’s a counter for seating as well. This is a great location to get a little bit of work done, or have a meeting. It’s also a fun place to eavesdrop on entertainment industry conversations. The day I was here there was a group of location Scouts talking about locations for different scenes of a popular TV series. There are cute little tables by the windows for one or two people. there’s decent Internet. But there are no outlets. There are also several tables outside with umbrellas for seating.

For 10 years I've enjoyed an almost daily trip to Priscilla's. It is a perfect blend of hometown coffee shop and Hollywood hangout. The coffee quality and reasonably priced (perhaps even low priced) are unbeatable. Every bespoke coffee order I can throw at them becomes a taste sensation. The pastries are always fresh and exciting - worth the calorie cheat. And the people are, well, some of the best you'll find in Los Angeles. Kind, smart, hardworking, dedicated, fast and welcoming to everyone. Priscilla's is another reason I simply love LA.

I found this coffee shop on Google and was really excited to go there. Unfortunately, when I went to place my order, I noticed two flies flying around the cakes in the display case. I mentioned it to one of the staff members, but instead of apologizing or saying anything, they just moved the trays from the inside to the outside, which I don’t think made any difference since the flies had already been on them. Then they started wiping the inside of the display case with a cloth. I was really disappointed with their customer service—maybe because I wasn’t as indifferent to the flies as they were, and it felt like they were annoyed with me for pointing it out.

Very nice coffee shop with a good vibe. Customer savers is great and the coffees that we ordered were a latte with almond milk and sugar-free vanilla very tasteful. They have really good treats and a good selection mugs to buy there. Is this particular license plate that says coffee that I wanted to get? I never find the price on it and I was shy to ask the price. So what I recommend is to have prices on the merchandise that you have on the shelves. But overall it was a good experience and the nice atmosphere. You got pretty busy early in the morning around 7:30

One of my favorite coffee shops around. I always get the iced praline and creams mocha. Fireeee !! Everyone there is really nice

Great atmosphere, I could have sit there and read a book for a while. Hard to find parking around the place. Staff are very prompt to take and deliver the orders, you would still see a line outside the door.
The coffee itself was fine, Americano was serves boiling hot which I didn’t expect and burnt myself. Chocolate croissant was also fine, not crispy at all, which is what I expect from a croissant, maybe a personal preference …

Priscilla’s Coffee in Burbank is a charming, cozy spot with great vibes and consistently good coffee. The drinks are always well-made, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The interior is perfect for working or catching up with friends, and there’s a nice selection of pastries as well. That said, parking is a real downside. It’s incredibly hard to find a spot nearby, especially during peak hours. There have been multiple times I’ve planned to grab a coffee here but ended up going to a neighboring café because I couldn’t find parking.

Excellent customer service and delicious iced coffee. They also have a wide selection of take home coffee and teas and will freshly grind the beans for you. It does get busy but the staff works very hard to minimize wait times. I come here every time I pass by and sometimes even when I don't.
