It seems you always have to wait at this location because they usually only have 1 person behind the counter taking orders, boxing donuts, and making coffees. So the line can back up quickly. This isn’t a great spot to grab a quick donut or coffee during your morning commute. The quality doesn’t justify their higher price point either. Most flavors are lacking, like the Matcha donut, which just tastes overwhelming like plain sugar or vanilla icing.
Employees are also standoffish in my experience. When it was my turn up at the glass cabinet, I asked what the seasonal donuts were (seeing there were 2) and the guy told me to “read the sign” and just pointed. This was really awkward, because why couldn’t he just tell me as I was staring at them? The sign didn’t answer my question either, and I had to follow-up asking if there was a difference between the two or if they were cream filled.

Did not get the order right. When I call to inform them and explained, I was transferred to the manager. While explaining, the manager keep on talking and talking so defensive. So how I can he understand me when he keeps interrupting what I am saying? Poor communication skill, poor management skill!

Went late at night. She tried to charge me 2 Coconut. Wich are NOT good. Not the same as the org Randy's in Inglewood. Coffee was Just ok. No flavor ..they don't have the White cream long John ones . Why are they called Long John anyway ? That's something you wear.

Came in at around 3pm today to grab a dozen donuts for the family as Randy's is one of our favorite donut shops. I walked into the store only to find it was empty except for one customer sitting at a table enjoying their beverage. After about 2 minutes of waiting, I finally said "HELLO", 30 seconds later a lady comes walking from the back on the landline talking to what sounded like her manager. No big deal at all. Where it gets unprofessional is the following 3 minutes where the lady on the phone continues her phone call. No acknowledgement, Not a even a "I'll be right with you", just continued on the phone talking. By this time another customer had walked in and was standing behind me. After the phone call continued I finally just left. Never been treated like that at Randy's until now. And any manager would have immediately told her to please help the customer who by then had already waited 5 minutes. Please improve your customer service. Especially a RANDY's location that is located on the edge of the city and hard to get to.
