I’ve been a fan of Randy’s for a while… but today I came in with a cheerful disposition craving these donuts only to be to be met with a rude, abrasive answer to a simple, SINGULAR question by the general manager (or perhaps owner).
Furthermore, his tone of voice to his employees was harsh and unkind… this is a donut shop… it smells sweet in there and things sold there taste sweet… so that’s the service I would expect. Not the service I received.
I will avoid going to this location if I can help it. I’m genuinely perplexed why I was treated that way.
I can see based on other reviews that this has happened before… it’s not that hard to be nice to people, I promise it’s not.

Terrible quality. I wanted to get my gf a special donut and the one she picked was so stale that I’m not 100 percent sure seagulls would eat it. I have left donuts in the fridge for a week that were more fresh. The audacity to charge $5 for something so bad is unparalleled.

1st time at Randy's. Lemon old fashion ✨️ ? ?. Careful with the donuts with toppings. I got the churro topping one, thank goodness , only one. The churro topping were old, stale, RUBBERY, had to spit them out. Use to, krispy kreme and thier stake toppings. Expected more from Randy's, especially for prices
This donut shop might be a chain but it has all the love and deliciousness of any local shop. They have a lot of different options for their dozen donuts that don’t make you feel like you’re breaking the bank treating your office. Also their coffee is on point.

The donuts are just alright, but there is a wide selection to choose from. The place is good overall despite the service being a bit slow at times. They have delicious lattes and spiced chai lattes! The prices are adequate as well.
