I love working from a coffee shop that nails the vibe—great food, quality coffee, and a chill crowd. For me, that spot is always Republik. I usually hit the Pasadena location, but I recently stopped by the Burbank one to see if the experience holds up—and it absolutely does. Same great service, same energy. Had to drop this review.

I've walked past this coffee shop a hundred times and it's always too packed for me! But this day I was out early and decided I'd see what all the hype was about! I'm sure I'm getting this wrong, but I ordered a black activated charcoal, vanilla latte... it was delicious! I do think it was a bit expensive for the size and it was full of ice, so that made my feel a bit jipped, but i got over it! I will say downtown Bubank is starting to get a little sketchy...

I do love this place - however, the outside is never clean anymore. The tables are never cleared and there is always old plates and cups left on the empty tables, making it hard to find a seat.
And the tables are also so wobbly! My mom and dad’s matcha spilled everywhere because the table was unsteady.
It just needs a little tlc!
