In the beautiful city of downtown Burbank California, Ribs Against the Machine is definitely a must try BBQ restaurant if you are not a regular visitor here already. The combo plate with smoked ribs is fully loaded and tastes amazing. The individual beef sandwiches & side dishes are delicious. It's always busy here with good vibes, good people, and the inside looks great. Shoutout to the owner and his staff for working hard to serve great food & provide outstanding...
Went for first time today. Really delicious! Best beef ribs Ive had in a long time. I could eat a pan of their cornbread. The slaw was a lil too vinegar for me. I get it. Its there to cut the fatty goodness of the meat. But everything else was fantastic. my family loved the Mac bowls. Just really great food at a great bbq price. Well be back!
