Walked in and saw 10 people waiting for smoothies. There were a couple people in line and only two employees that I could see. Felt bad for them and didn't want to add to their stress so I left without ordering anything.Get your staff more support.

The visit was met with a lackluster greeting by employees who did not seem like they had any energy or felt like working (This store is located in Burbank bordering Toluca Lake on Riverside Dr.). They seemed like they only wanted to kick it and chat amongst one another. But, since it was raining and there are not a lot of Robeks locations, I tolerated it.I ordered the Mango Tumeric Madness because I liked the ingredients and I had never tasted it before. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the drink because there was so much turmeric that it overwhelmed the entire drink. I ended up regretting it (I ordered a large)! The worst part was trying to drink it all. It made me feel sick so, I had to drink it slowly. But, I was not going to waste $10.99.This was a lesson learned. I will not make this mistake again. Time to find a place with more friendly employees, good customer service, and better skill mixing, blending, and balancing drink ingredients.If you were considering this location and this drink, do not!

Always on top of things, with fast and quality service. A congenial and conscientious staff. They keep me coming back at least four times a week.

I'm all green and loved it. I also ordered the peanut butter and banana sandwich. It was larger than I though. I was starving and this was good healthy. Definitely worth the visit

Way better than jamba juice. I usually get the queen of greens or the naturally coffee. I love this place since it's a healthier alternative to jamba and other smoothie places. Although it's making it harder to motivate me to make my own at home-_-

Great location, so sad the one next to us closed. This location has easy parking, the staff were friendly, and our smoothies were great! Got the mahalo mango added multi vitamin, and the piña koolada added strawberries and multi vitamin. Both smoothies were so good!

Açaí bowls are super sweet, like eating a bowl full of sugar. Maybe they are just using concentrate. Backyard Bowls is the real deal.

All ingredient of juice is available and tasty is really awesome.

Love this Robeks! I’ve gone to a few in the area and this by far is the most welcoming. The workers are always kind and apologetic if need be. I have certain fruit allergies and they’re always so accommodating with my modifications and even offer better smoothie combo options for me.

Love what they have to offer, but the employees act bothered to help you and you’ll easily spend 5+ minutes waiting to be helped when no one else is in the store. Such a bummer since I’m a huge fan of the juices and açaí bowls, but the overall experience is terrible.

The ONLY place for fresh and healthy, friendly staff, fun neighborhood - do not got to any competitor until you try Robeks Toluca Lake so you'll have the highest standard to judge any others by. And download (or update) your Robeks app, the deals and discounts are very worth it. I always get the Root to Stem and swap the apple juice for blueberries - and add some cayenne!
