When I first walked in the scent of heavy cleaning chemicals hit me. Funny because the place didn't seem very clean. The staff put in almost no effort in being welcoming or helpful. My drink which was only 2/3 full was sloppily set on the counter and the guy walked away. Is this my drink?! How can staff have such little care for the quality of work. Someone really needs to step in and teach the staff how to create a more welcoming atmosphere and engage the customers with respect. Total disgrace. Drink was a 5/10. Won't be back

I'll always love Robeks! I got a big Wednesday with pea protein, immunity bc I feel sick, energy, & chia seeds. I got a free boost with my Robeks rewards using my phone number. I also got an everything avocado toast & a small orange juice for my mother. This place is very clean & there's a lot of parking in front. It's next to a FedEx and a place called SweetGreen. Service was very quick & amazing as always Thanks Robeks! Elle

Walked in and saw 10 people waiting for smoothies. There were a couple people in line and only two employees that I could see. Felt bad for them and didn't want to add to their stress so I left without ordering anything.Get your staff more support.

Nobody answers the phone here! I have been trying to call for 2 hours. I got charged for a drink they say they didn't receive it but I have the transaction on my bank account and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone

The visit was met with a lackluster greeting by employees who did not seem like they had any energy or felt like working (This store is located in Burbank bordering Toluca Lake on Riverside Dr.). They seemed like they only wanted to kick it and chat amongst one another. But, since it was raining and there are not a lot of Robeks locations, I tolerated it.I ordered the Mango Tumeric Madness because I liked the ingredients and I had never tasted it before. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the drink because there was so much turmeric that it overwhelmed the entire drink. I ended up regretting it (I ordered a large)! The worst part was trying to drink it all. It made me feel sick so, I had to drink it slowly. But, I was not going to waste $10.99.This was a lesson learned. I will not make this mistake again. Time to find a place with more friendly employees, good customer service, and better skill mixing, blending, and balancing drink ingredients.If you were considering this location and this drink, do not!

Just because you're using eco friendly straws doesn't mean they work. Purchased a smoothie and the straws your store uses are so cheap that you can't drink anything out of them because they collapse in your mouth while your sucking. People spend a lot money at your facility and you're bottom line is more important than the quality you provide.

Order from here at least 4 times a week and to be honest my drink is pretty consistent. I just wish the staff wasn't so angry when you go in. I almost feel BAD for ordering from here as if it's a bother to the staff. I'd just say the owner here should do a quick staff training on customer service. Its almost always two people making the orders and someone near the register pretending to be busy and eventually she'll let you bother her and order something or tell her what your order for pick up is. Again food is consistent and spot on but trust customer service goes a LONG WAY.

I once again have had a bad experience at this location which is really sad because I work close to this spot and love their smoothies. I called my order in since this location's employees seem to move very slow and with no sense of urgency. I went to go pick it up and the 2 female employees Were obviously working on food orders. Which is fine I can wait a few. As I waited at register , neither greeted me or acknowledged me. They never looked up from what they were doing yet continued with their own personal conversation. I waited 5 mins and never given any sign of life from behind the counter. I left and will prob not return.. I also must add I have had this experience before and stopped going here for awhile . I wanted to give them another chance

I'm all green and loved it. I also ordered the peanut butter and banana sandwich. It was larger than I though. I was starving and this was good healthy. Definitely worth the visit
