We stopped by SanSai Japanese Grill in Burbank and had a great experience! The place is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff gave us a warm greeting when we arrived.

We ordered using the kiosk, which was super convenient. It showed pictures of the dishes, so we knew exactly what we were getting. The system was easy to use and even let us customize our ordered, loved that part!

We got the Katsu Sandwich with fries (no veggies)...

3 stars because the food and staff are great but their app and website do not work. I have ordered 3 times now through them and the order never appears on their end.

The staff are amazing and always apologetic and always make my order really quick. However, the whole point of me ordering is so I dont have to wait..

Came here around 7:30 on a Sunday night. Ordered the spicy tuna roll, miso soup and the baked salmon roll (came with a salad). Everything tasted fresh, the staff was friendly and the place was clean.
