Anna was great! Though we ordered from Kiosk, Anna took great care of us with refills on our drinks. We never had to look for her. The food was hot and super tasty. The guy who delivered it was very accommodating and pleasant. It’s normally SUPER cold but was very warm and toasty. This location is consistent with food quality. Not all Shake Shacks are created equally so treat this staff well please! Thank you! Donna-Marie

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food has been consistently good. I tried the truffle burger which was okay but not really good enough that I'd order it again. The crinkle fries were so-so and not worth ordering again. Their hotdog is very tasty, and their custard is delicious.

Parking: There are convenient self-order placing and payment machine or you can order with a staff member. If you're dining in, the staff will bring your order to your table once it's ready.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, this is a kid-friendly fast food restaurant.

My family and I have been coming to this location for almost two years now! It’s been a warm and welcoming place to have a family meal together! The staff and management here have really made this the go to location for our family dinner outings!

It is in the middle of the Burbank district. The area has transformed a lot to make it more pedestrian friendly. The restaurant is clean and new. The burger was salty, and greasy. I guess that is the hallmark of a grilled burger. It sat in my stomach all night. I do not know if the meat was spoiled. Other Shacks I visited did not have that effect.

First time!! Shakeshack burger was so good, amazing flavor and really soft bun! Crinkly fries were so good too. Service was awesome, we loved it!

The food was great, came out fast, and CJ my man was a beast! He was on top of it, checking in on guests, making sure the orders were correct, I mean all the staff was but CJ was my go-to. I need a ride to LAX, CJ got me, I need help with rent, CJ got me, I need to bury a “body” CJ’s got the shovel. Overall 10/10
