My food was SITTING THERE IN A BAG FOR A HALF HOUR. I FINALLY HAD TO SAY SOMETHING AND THEY WERE GIVING ME ATTITUDE. I SAID GIVE ME MY DAMN FOOD!

This particular Shake Shack has the best people working there. Always so pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to way to make sure you get what you want. I have a gluten allergy and they are always knowledgeable and helpful.

I came to the Shake Shack in Burbank for lunch and overall had a really good experience. Since it was midday, it wasn’t crowded and ordering was quick and smooth. I like that they serve beer and wine here it makes the place feel a little more elevated than a typical burger joint.

The quality of the food is definitely a plus. Their beef is hormone and antibiotic free, and they focus on clean ingredients, which gives you peace of mind. The ShackBurger came out super hot, with a juicy patty and a fluffy potato bun. The cheese is rich and creamy, though it can feel a little heavy if you’re not too hungry.

Ordering on the touchscreen was easy with pictures of the menu items, and the restaurant itself is modern, bright, and clean, making it a nice spot for families and friends. Prices are a bit higher than average, but the overall taste, quality, and vibe make it worth trying.

Went here with friends and ordered burgers. Unfortunately, they were way too salty — the taste was completely overpowered by salt. The atmosphere was fine, but the food definitely needs improvement. Hopefully, the kitchen pays attention to this. Also I take one extra to go for my wife and same it was salty

The place was super clean. Amazing service though out my experience. Greeted kindly and professionally, and attended with extreme thoroughness!

Food is okay, what you expect. Ordering from their slow kiosk (or any kiosk) is lame when they charge top dollar. Almost $5 for a soda. Next thing you know you’ll be back there flipping the burger yourself. And then the nerve to ask for a tip on the kiosk. Am I tipping the computer? Or the people that’s never interacted with me? Yikes.

Food was and is as delicious as it has always been. I miss the Temecula location. I use to always go there
