My husband and I recently went to Burbank for holiday shopping. We were greeted by a friendly lady. She sat us in the back near the restrooms. My husband felt uncomfortable as though she was being racist. I kept assuring him that it’s not the case. The door was so good. While we were eating, I couldn’t help and notice the lack of cleanliness. It’s all in the details people. When I went to use the restroom it was kept neat but was not very clean. As you can see in the picture that I’m showing this is unacceptable. I don’t understand why people don’t clean the baseboards. It looked gross. For that I’m only giving them three stars. Will I return yes but not anytime soon.

Buyer beware. This burbank location smelled terrible like a urinal cake. Soon after my allergies flared up and I had asthma. Turns out this place has black mold in the air and it got on me and I'm still dealing with the symptoms a month later.
The food was just okay, but skimpy portions for what you paid for. You can tell it's just reheated food from sysco or a central kitchen.
Avoid if you care about your health.

Didn't get a chance to eat because server doesn't want to let us sit inside where there are empty tables because it's closed. Makes more sense considering it's cold outside

They display a wheelchair accessibility sign on their door but their lift is broken. Stairs are the only option.

It’s pretty good ramen however this place doesn’t seem to have anything special or a “wow factor” when it comes to the food

My family and I stopped here after a movie and really enjoyed it. It was late on a Monday, so it was empty and got seated immediately. The atmosphere is open, with high ceilings and an outside patio. There isn't loads of seating, but a decent amount. I could imagine there being a wait if it's a busy day.
Service was friendly and checked on us a regular amount. We didn't even feel pushed out, even though we stayed close to closing.
I've never been to another SilverLake Ramen, but I really enjoyed it. I liked how the chicken was in grilled strips, that was probably my favorite part. I got the Classic one, but next time I'd try something spicier. My mom got the veggie one and really enjoyed the variety, and my dad got the chicken broth one which he found tasty but unique, because it's not common for Ramen to be made with a clear chicken broth.
Overall we really enjoyed our meal and would go again to try more items!

We were treated to lunch at work and since this restaurant is a chain, I'm not really sure which location our take out was ordered from, but I'm making my best guess that it was this one.

Anyway, I basically ordered everything vegetarian that they had to offer: Impossible Bun, spicy edamame, creamy broccolini, and veggie ramen.

I was quite happy with all of it. At first I didn't like the broccolini because it just tasted burnt, but when I realized you're supposed to douse it with the cream that was packed separately, I actually liked it.

I think my favorite, though, was the Impossible Bun because it had a soft bun, but the Impossible protein had a crispy coating, so it was a nice mix of soft and crispy. It was small, though, and more of a side.

For the ramen, they packed the soup separate from the noodles and everything else, and there was one nori seaweed packed in its own sleeve. There were so many ingredients that it made for a hearty soup.

It was my first time having spicy edamame as opposed to the regular kind and I think I'll have it spicy from now on since it was tastier and more interesting.

It seems that this chain really is just in the L.A. area as of right now, but now that I know how good the food is, I'm more likely to keep an eye out and step into an actual restaurant myself.

A few weeks ago, we had really bad rain in Burbank, and soup is always a good meal on a cold rainy day. I got into the restaurant just before it started pouring. The server (I believe her name was Monica??) was so nice, she let me stay at my table until the rain let up and made me feel so welcome. This is the kind of customer service you don't get every day! I will be coming back specifically because of her kindness - on a sunny day, preferably 😎

Loud hiphop or whatever it was not my vibe for dinning. Good Ramen but too salty for me. Generous portions.

I have been a fan of Silverlake Ramen for a while. The staff at Burbank have always been incredibly friendly and attentive.
I haven’t been able to stop in as much as I like to since I began my low carb journey. Although I miss noodles and rice.
Today my wife and I decided to stop in before seeing a movie tonight.
I wanted to get a bowl so I decided to ask if I could swap the rice for broccolini and I was informed the only substitute available was mixed greens. So I went with the large pork belly bowl my wife went with the small. The combination of the pickled onions , flavorful pork belly and fried jalapeño was perfect. I ended my dinner with a spicy chicken bun. The crispy chicken and soft bun were perfect and with a good heat. Thank you Silverlake for another great dinner!

Prices went up. Servings and proportions got smaller but thats everywhere.
It's the only place in the entire city of LA to have 14 open tables but your party has to be waited to be seated. There are open seats
It's Ramen. Alex is out of his gore.
