I was going to meet up with some friends at Black Elephant Coffee so I decided to take a look at their menu ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have to stare at the menu for too long.I decided I wanted to try the smoothie, but unfortunately when I arrived, they told me they no longer serve that. So I went with my second choice the hot chocolate. They also run out of pastries quite fast, so I had to settle for my second option yet again, the Ham and cheese croissant. My hot chocolate was just ok. I wish there was a richer chocolatey flavor, but it was still good. The Ham and cheese croissant on the other hand was amazing! I loved how flakey and crispy their croissants were! I saw another friend of mine with a almond croissant that looked just as delicious!Amazing pastries! Will definitely be back for those croissants!

Nothing beats a local coffee shop with character. Price is reasonable and the nitro cold brew is smooth. They have several coffee options and flavors. Definitely worth a try if your a coffee connoisseur. ?

Yo I didn’t know what I wanted and the barista suggested a chocolate cinnamon coffee and it was really yummy! The workers were really nice and the vibe was good.

I love this spot! I hardly ever write reviews but this place is a Burbank staple and wanted to give them my five stars. A wonderful place with friendly staff where you can grab a tasty drink, sit at the lovely patio, and get work done while surrounded by lively people and conversations. And there's *always* a cute dog sighting.

I would have given it zero stars except that their pastries are good whenever they have pastries. I have gone to the store three times and all three times I have had bad service. They are very short and get bothered when you ask them questions in regards to the drinks. My Husband would say “thank you”and the girl would not even look at him in the face and will look away. She never said you’re welcome and was very short and I do agree with that one of the comment!that I read that they do have uppity, entitled, and very offensive employees. I asked the girl if they had muffins she just pointed and said if it’s there then we do. She seem mad and just giving attitude. I rather support another small business around burbank that doesn’t make you feel bad when asking a question.***update**** it was this past Friday and we went around noon. There was two females working and the one with short hair has been always rude and short. This was my second encounter with her.

I will never step foot in a Starbucks again. If you want good quality coffee, quick and friendly employees, this place is where you need to go. Amazing service and amazing coffee. Couldn’t ask for more.

Take a cup of Specialty coffee offers by Simply Coffee, it is indeed a hidden gem in Burbank.

Very horrible service. The cashier gave me an attitude and raised his voice because I kindly asked him to give me a fork and if he can warm up my chocolate banana loaf. I was left in utter shock at the hate and rage he exuded from his voice in addition to his huffing and puffing. The lavender London fog I had ordered was nothing special either. Steer clear of this place if you want to avoid uppity, entitled, and very offensive employees. Come here if you want experience verbal abuse for giving them business. WASTE of money / time and I regret supporting this local small business.

Fantastic!! I got the Sage Ham and Cheese croissant and a Mexican mocha, both were amazing!!! Staff was kind and friendly, giving me great places to go while I'm visiting! Recommend this cute little place!

Tried this place out as someone who spends a lot of time in Burbank, but never stopped to really appreciate its coffee scene. Have to say, this place rocked! They have such a fun seasonal menu so definitely don't be scared to stray outside of your comfort zone and try something new. The Charcoal latte was AMAZING warm, like a savory hot chocolate. The White Chocolate Rose latte was so good too, perfect amount of sweet. Def check it out!

I love this little coffee shop! I don't come super often -- every month or two -- but the staff is so friendly and it's super cute to watch them engage with their true regulars in the neighborhood. Great experience, delicious cappuccino.

My favorite outdoor coffee shop! Beware they don’t have any indoor seating, but since we don’t get many cold days here they are great for sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the fresh air. They do have Wifi and a restroom though, so I really appreciate the functionality. Lovely space!

Loooove this coffee shop ! I had the yummiest iced vanilla latte! Their outside seating area is so pretty and peaceful, sat there with my mom for so long. Lots of parking on the street / a lot behind the coffee shop. Must try if you're in the area :)
