Got a double Patty meal for $23 including tax and tip. The burger was tiny, like comically small. The fries were over fried a bit. They also give tiny sized containers of ranch that they charge .50 each for. Food overall tasted good however probably wouldn’t come back.

Go to the HABIT!! Iane I’m serious! This is literally the worst place to eat in Burbank when I got food here the food wasn’t even thoroughly cooked and it was my first time ever getting food from here. They will no longer get service from me.

Placed pic would think I would gotten better burger for 24.99. Fries old school flavorless. Meat was burned. Not the best smash burger out there in long shot. The patty was not full patty like half patty with holes and bites cut missing etc. Really not doog quality meat. Loool have to pay extra for tomato and lettuce loool.

The food was delicious and the portion size is great for the price! It's conveniently located so I often find myself going back.
That said, the customer service can be hit or miss. On more than one occasion, I've walked in to place an order and had to awkwardly wait while the staff member, usually the same young woman, finishes meticulously packing a pick up/Doordash order, even when the restaurant is basically empty and I'm the only one in line. There's no acknowledgment or sense of urgency, and it leaves me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a customer.
It's off-putting and makes me feel like I'm interrupting her job by trying to give her my money. Next time, I'll skip the awkward energy and just order delivery. Apparently, that's where the real VIP treatment lies.

The burgers here were delicious. I got a double smash burger, and it melted in my mouth like butter. I do wish the burgers were bigger, but the combo meal comes with a lot of fries, which you can share with someone else. They have a kiosk where you can order your food, and the wait time wasn't too long. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

I was staying in Burbank and was looking for a halal place to eat. Decided to give it a try and glad that it was good. From ordering to the food, it was a great experience. The person taking order was super helpful, and put the best deals while billing. For kids I asked for no-veg and the burger was right on. Also the fries were fresh unlike other burger places. Although I only paid for one drink, they gave me fountain drinks for all of us!
