Our dinner at The Smoke House was outstanding. My youngest son and I enjoyed a cozy red leather booth with a classic Hollywood vibe. He loved his porterhouse steak and mashed potatoes, while I savored my filet mignon and clam chowder. Our server, Robert, was fantastic—sharing the restaurant's history and magically keeping our glasses full. We'll definitely be back!

We had heard great things about the Smoke House. They were true! It did not disappoint. The restaurant's atmosphere is exactly as others have described and the prime rib, wedge salad and split pea soup were delicious. Our waiter was nice but I was not impressed with his efficiency. We spent a lot of time sitting around waiting for him. But the valets were great.

First time diner and I will definetly be returning. I ordered the prime rib and was impressed with the preparation, seasoning, and tenderness of the beef. I had two sides, the mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach, and each was flavorful and a good compliment to the prime rib. Considering how busy the restaurant was the service was very good. Not thrilled about the noise level, but that's a consequence of the restaurant's success.

Tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly — one of those dishes that just makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. The waiter, Fernando was friendly, relaxed, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Combined with the music and the classic vibe, it all came together beautifully. The food was absolutely delicious, and the attention from the front desk and management was exceptional. Our steak was a true delight; however, our dining experience fell short due to our server, Maria (#515). Unfortunately, she did not embody the professionalism or warmth we expected. Her lack of attention to detail and the hurried way she served us detracted from the experience. She failed to present the specials and seemed quite unhappy, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I truly hope she receives the necessary customer service training, as it can make a significant difference. Despite this setback with our server, everything else was wonderful! I look forward to returning, but I will definitely request a different server next time.
