Smoke House has been one of my favorite restaurants for quite some time. I first came here in the 90s, when a dear friend of mine was on a primetime NBC drama produced by Warners, and we ate here with some of her co-stars. Since then, I've been eaten here probably forty times, and I have never had a bad experience. The food is always outstanding, filling, and ate a very reasonable price. The staff make you feel like they've known you forever.I last came here in March of 2024 with my cousin, his wife, and his parents, just after we saw loved ones resting at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, and the dinner really helped me to mellow out from the grief I was feeling. Despite the "Classic Hollywood" vibe and occasional famous faces at the tables, the Smoke House is a family-friendly establishment; I've never felt a smug "air" about the place compared to, say, the Ivy. You come here to relax and have a good time with family and friends, not to show off for your Instagram followers.I have so many great memories of the Smoke House, and I'm sure I'll have more in the future. I miss it when I'm back in the Midwest.

Very nice, old school restaurant. Lots of good menu options, including steaks, prime rib, and other entrees. Great pictures on the walls. Staff is awesome. Never had a bad meal here. Garlic bread is fantastic.

Such a beautiful old Hollywood feeling in this restaurant. It’s a lot of fun and there’s always a lot of people celebrating. I had the pasta primavera which did not have much flavor. The service was excellent but I did not like having to sit at basically plastic picnic tables towards the back of the restaurant. The first time we went, we were in a lovely booth and it felt more fancy and special. The most recent time we went, it felt like we were at a cheap cookout table. The dessert was good and their famous cheesy garlic bread is really fun to eat!Vegetarian options: I believe the pastas and maybe a salad or two are the only vegetarian options.

This Sunday brunch is amazing. Best price in all of California crab legs, oysters, shrimp primary turkey pasta salad locks bagels desserts amazing also comes to mimosas.
This weekend I had a most enjoyable experience at The Smoke House Restaurant. The service was "on point", the ambiance was top level and the food was incredible. We had the Famous "Garlic Bread" and it was the best I have ever eaten. The Steak was cooked to perfection; each bite was a bit of heaven with the steak being juicy, tender and exhibiting an outstanding flavor. The ribs were also permeated with that smoky succulent flavor and as tender as the steak. For the finale we had one of the incredible deserts that was twice as good as it looked. I cannot wait to return to the Smoke House for one of the most pleasurable times that I have recently enjoyed.
I went for the Brunch and it was great. Serve yourself. They make a pasta plate for you fresh. Crepe maker fresh. Seafood. Lamb Chicken and Steak Carvers. Great dessert plates. See for yourself

We only came here for salads but they were huge and delicious. I got the wedge . my friend got the steak and arugula. They were both so good. The service was pretty good it did take a little long even though we came in at 1:00. Is moderately priced. The atmosphere of the dark and laid-back, not too loud. Lots of middle-aged professionals come here. Might be a cool place to meet people if your middle-aged
