This Starbucks store is at one of the busiest locations. It's handy if you're headed to the movies or running around the main downtown area in Burbank.
Every time I've been there it's a long wait time to get my order to the counter and then it takes a while to prepare my order.
It's a favorite order of ours to have a hot mocha and chai latte with almond milk. The hot mocha was ready first and then it was at least 5minutes later when the chai latte was finally ready. I'm a bit disappointed that we couldn't get our drinks at least relatively close in time so we could sit down and enjoy.
My matcha latte was a little on the grassy taste side of things as I ended up with clumps of matcha while drinking it. The good side of that was it for sure had plenty of match in it but usually it's nice and smooth without the clumps. That probably explains why it was so grassy tasting.
On the hot mocha, it was apparently steaming hot as I could visually see the steam flowing out of it. And from my friend it was delicious. So this was consistent with how it should be according to the expert I was with who knows a good mocha when they taste one.
It's a very small store compared to many of the other locations around Burbank and there wasn't anywhere to sit inside or out. We ended up standing around sipping our beverages for a while and eventually a spot opened up so we pounced. At that stage it was towards the end of our beverages so we promptly left.
I think it's best to just head to this location with the expectation of not being able to find a seat and plan on a takeaway. Otherwise you can be standing around for a while waiting.
I'll still come back to this location as before they have made great matcha lattes. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The coffee frap was missing coffee. The americano was stale. Sign says close at 11 but someone was dragging the heavy chairs and tables and creating loud noises what looks like theyre prepping to close early.

During my last visit I enjoyed the vibes and the hospitality of baristas. My nitro cold brew was on point and there were plenty of seats inside to hide from the heat wave in Los Angeles.

The payment system requires urgent attention. There are instances when my card functions properly but at other times fails to process transactions, which has caused some embarrassment especially as I don’t always carry physical cash with me. Given that we consistently provide tips to staff, this issue should be resolved to prevent any inconvenience and embarrassment to customers.
Great Starbucks for picking up something on the go whilst shopping around the area. Or just in the mood for Starbucks. Although parking is a bit harsh in the noon to afternoon. It's great in the mornings. There is not much seating at this location as great as the outside looks so just keep that in mind.

Kept me waiting while they made drink after drink for people who ordered 5-10 minutes after me. Iced matcha latte requires no whipped cream no drizzle no coldfoam.When I told him that my delayed drink was made out of order, after I told them my easy order in person, I got a vacant stare. Just say "Im so sorry" & I'll be on my merry way, just 10 mins late. Go to Alameda/San fernando store instead. These guys are disappointing.
