Worst Starbucks in Los Angeles. Thank God there's a location in the Vons that knows how to clean cups. They're in the same shopping center. Avoid the location on the corner unless you like greasy tables, cups that got dropped on the ground and then filled with coffee, and employees that ignore their customers

Just look at the amount of 1 star reviews this place has on Yelp as well. Upon reading most of the reviews this location needs a huge attitude adjustment. You can’t be entitled working at a corporation. Lol As someone who frequents Starbucks multiple times a week and as a former partner with over five years of experience, I can confidently say this is hands down the most offensive and unwelcoming location I have ever visited.
Upon needing to use the restroom (which, fine, requires a purchase), I bought a $5 cheese danish, a minimal courtesy I've extended at countless other stores without issue. I then requested two waters, a simple and reasonable ask, and was informed I could only have one. Really? Is hydration now being rationed at this location?
The atmosphere was just as disappointing, employees, dripping with attitude and zero hospitality. There seems to be a bizarre culture here where rudeness is mistaken for personality, particularly among staff who appear to believe brightly dyed hair is a free pass for snarky behavior. Newsflash, it isn't.
This store fails on the most basic level, making customers feel welcome. The customer service was not just subpar, it was embarrassing. I expected better, especially from a brand that prides itself on warmth, connection, and consistency.
Do better. This location is a stain on the green apron.

I had a great experience when I stopped by this Starbucks tonight. I wanted to get water and I know Starbucks give complimentary water so I came here for that. I came on a Friday night and they were surprisingly not busy at all. I was able to walk to the cashier and asked for ice water. I didn't even tell the cashier what size and she give me the Venti size. I also had to use the bathroom so just remember that this Starbucks required a code to use the bathroom. The inside had some tables for people to sit and do work at along with outdoor seating as well. The parking lot where this Starbucks is at is also decent with many parking spots.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food here.
Parking: Plenty of parking here
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible with a ramp.

Dude had the nerve to give me attitude when I brought back my incorrectly made drink. I’ve worked at 2 Starbucks, and I’m still not a coffee snob, but when you pay 7 dollars for a drink, you want it to be more than milk water. Man should NOT be working at a Starbucks.

Francis, is a good guy and pays attention to detail. His batista made a mistake, and he made it right by remaking the drink. If he isn't the manager allready he needs a promotion. Shout out to the rest of the staff for being so nice and friendly. Great customer service. I recommend this location.
I ordered thru mobile and went to pick up, stood there for at least 5mins even there was 4 workers no body asked me what I am waiting for? At least a guy with long black hair wearing beanie with mustache looked at me but ignored. What a Greeeeeaaat customer service. Horrible experience.
