I ordered thru mobile and went to pick up, stood there for at least 5mins even there was 4 workers no body asked me what I am waiting for? At least a guy with long black hair wearing beanie with mustache looked at me but ignored. What a Greeeeeaaat customer service. Horrible experience.

It's been a while I've seen such a welcoming and warm Starbucks. The entire staff, especially the young lady who took my order was so kind and so nice! I loved the friendly small talk we had. They prepared my order very fast and it was all perfect. The location itself is also great, there is free parking, and the coffee shop is large enough, clean and beautifully decorated. I wish all Starbucks locations were welcoming like this one. Definitely recommend! And another plus is, because of the seasons, peppermint mocha is sold out in other locations but this particular one had it, and they prepared a delicious one for me! Thank you Starbucks staff

Became my go to Starbucks while I was in town for three weeks. Super nice employees, who got to know me after a while. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and I was able to get in and out with a minimum of fuss when I was in a hurry. When I wasn't, I was able to get some work done, or sit outside and bask in the sun. Also, many adorable doggies come here for their pup cups, which I loved! Props to this Starbucks. Even without a drive-thru, and as busy as they are, they're super efficient and friendly, and have lots of regulars.

I am an insomniac and I often come right when they open at 430 or 5 am. They are bright, cheery, and caring. Super friendly staff!
