It’s like walking into a Trader Joe’s! The baristas are nice and say kind things to when you order and even write “ good morning” on your cup. I wish all Starbucks were like this.

All of a sudden they do not let you use the restroom unless you are a customer. From what I've known Starbucks can't do that. So rude. I go to Starbucks all the time.

I love this particular Starbucks, with its small alleyway seating area between buildings, lots of parking in the back. It's never too busy and the staff is very helpful and attentive. They always fill my water bottle even when not ordering anything.

The quality of Starbucks is definitely going down hill while the prices keep going up. For the past year every time my wife and I go to a Starbucks my coffee is always missing pumps, Missing ice, it has more cream than coffee and you catch attitude if you tell the barista. On today's visit my vanilla sweet cream cold brew was Missing ice and sweetener. I don't normally care about messed up drinks but when paying $6 dollars and it's always wrong, it gets pretty frustrating.
We waited 25 minutes for one unsweetened ice tea and a mocha. They seemed to only care about their online orders and we ended up leaving. This location was a real disappointment as someone who is a daily Starbucks customer
