I don’t usually write reviews, but when I’m genuinely impressed, I feel like it’s worth speaking up! I really appreciate when you can see the effort someone puts into their customer service, and Mitch definitely stood out. He had such a positive, friendly energy and made the whole experience feel super easy and relaxed. Plus, my drink was delicious—thanks, Mitch!

Servicer was nice, but coffee is not it.Had a vanilla cream nitro cold brew and tasted old and bitter. Other server did not call out drinks either when ready.

They just made my day! The Barista (I think her name was Haley) drew a little ghost on my cup and it really was a little thing that went a long way. Too cute! Thank you for the wonderful coffee ^-^

It's Starbucks so it was okay. Of course the coffee there always taste burnt so by this point if I do have to go I end up getting tea you can scratch it but you can't usually burn it.
