I ordered an iced matcha latte with coconut milk at this Starbucks and when I took a sip it was RANCID!!! It was sour and had the taste of spoiled milk. I went back and told them my drink was bad and the barista said they had been having issues with their coconut milk. WHY WOULD THEY CONTINUE TO SERVE DRINKS WITH IT KNOWING THERES BEEN ISSUES AND NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS!?!! I even overhead another barista say "Was it the carton that was bloated?" It was absolutely disgusting and I still have the taste in my mouth. I will NEVER BE RETURNING.

Worst cappuccino I've ever had, they clearly had no clue how to make one. A cup of hot whole milk is what I received this morning. Terrible job.

Literally took so long for no reason. Imagine standing and waiting for your order that is taking three times as long as any other location. Then you see one of the workers hand their boyfriend a snack. It also was about 6 workers in the back and four people waiting for drinks Yet ONE barista was making drinks and ONE other on the oven . Once I got my drink it literally spilled all over me because the cup was too full.

Service is so slow here and for whatever reason they always have a new barista at the register or one who's constantly striking conversation with customers when there's a line wrapped around the impulse merch. There's children crying and/or running around and as a child-free woman it's the last thing I want to listen to before (and after) getting my iced coffee. On the bright side, drinks are made quick and there's not much waiting time. So you're able to go on about your shopping!

Coffee can be better, inconsistent taste. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and the fat separated and came up to the top in curds, taste was awful. When I brought the mistake they messed up my order and gave me a vanilla coffee afterwards... i always order the same beverage and honestly it tastes different every time and not in a good way. I think I'm gonna stick to buying it from the market and making it at home where I'll be safe from food poisoning. Wish I took a picture but I was so disgusted with it I threw it away. I spoke to the leader who chose to gaslight me and deny the awful taste. He offered no apologies for the inconvenience. I see new faces every time I'm here so It's sad to see that they're not getting the proper training even on the most simplest orders. After speaking with the leader it's no surprise they're not staying. No one wants rude sassy little comments after you bring a mistake to their attention, but if you love to watch drama unfold stay long enough in line and you'll see them gossip about every customer. The girl taking my order made a mistake on the previous order as well and blamed it on the customer. That's why I made sure that she heard my order, I swear they talk like they get paid for it... I thought I was taking the high road by not complaining and just walking away with the wrong order made TWICE but I just thought someone would want to know what kind of ride that they're in for at your local target.

Servicer was nice, but coffee is not it.Had a vanilla cream nitro cold brew and tasted old and bitter. Other server did not call out drinks either when ready.

I'm generally in and out quickly with my order except if I come during rush hour. The only reason this place doesn't get five stars from me is because two times that I've been here they have forgotten one item from my order and by the time I find out I'm at home already and too lazy to drive back. Maybe it was a busy Day for them so I'm only removing one Star for that.

They just made my day! The Barista (I think her name was Haley) drew a little ghost on my cup and it really was a little thing that went a long way. Too cute! Thank you for the wonderful coffee ^-^
