Food, drinks, and staff are great. Location is small with no indoor seating. Does have some outdoor seating and a drive through though.

Meh! I prefer to make my own coffee. Three Starbucks coffees will buy you 2 lbs of Peet's coffee for home!

Seating is limited, but the patio is a great spot if you can snag a seat out there!

Barista seemed to not get Flat Whites are not made with decaf or just one shot. Maybe having a bad day - and when I was one mile from the store I caught the bad day from them (though, it didn’t actually ruin my day). But it was a sucky drink
