The slowest service and rudest staff I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. I go to Starbucks near me everyday but have gone to this one at times when I go to the CVS. The staff is so rude and snotty. When I ordered my Refresher without ice they only filled my cup up half way when I asked that they fill my cup like every other Starbucks does the employee was so bitchy and rude. He refused then the manager was just as rude!!. Will never come here again.

This has to be the most chaotic, stressful, and disorganized Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to this location a few times and it always gives me major anxiety just setting foot in there. It’s not a comfortable environment at all. The coffee here always tastes horrible compared to other Starbucks in the area. The lobby and single bathroom are always filthy. On top of everything else, the employees seem miserable, unhappy, and have crappy attitudes.

I just stopped by with my toddler who need the bathroom. They refused to let my toddler use the bathroom when I begged them for help. No compassion at all.

This the second time I've gone to this Starbucks and had to wait 20 minutes to get my drink from drive - thru. To make matters worse both times my order was incorrect. Longest drive-thru ever.

We approached them with nothing but respect. After asking at the drive through window we politely asked if we could do two separate orders to which they were replied they could do that. When I got to the window the blonde barista was incredibly rude and hostile yelling at us telling us never to place a double order in the drive through again and was very rude. I then requested an additional cake pop and she proceeded to turn around and violently scream at her coworkers, demanding a cake pop from them immediately. She then handed us our items aggressively and we drove away. I left that Starbucks and my day was ruined. Overall a very disappointing experience as we were met with incredible hostility.

The posted hours say they close at 11 PM, but they actually shut down at 9PM. I arrived at 8:30 hoping to get some work done, but had less than 30 minutes before they closed, after already buying a drink. Management, Please update your business hours if your hours are incorrect.

I came by yesterday 8/4 at 10:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 11 PM. The drive-thru workers clearly saw me but chose to ignore the order speaker and then ran to the back, avoiding all contact. No one responded, even though they were still open. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours or acknowledge your customers. Very unprofessional.
