I would like to shout out the amazing customer service at this location. I went through the drive through today and stated that I had just returned from my Veterinary Oncologist and was wondering if I could have a pup cup. The barista was incredibly warm and extended kindness to me. When we pulled around she also had paid attention to my dog in the back seat. Itās little things like this, that makes a difference in someoneās day/week etc. I donāt recall her name, but thank you for what you did today!! Your kindness was felt by both me and Joplin! (Visited on 6/11/24 at approx 3pm)

If you think youāre gonna be in and out in 10 minutes with no line for a drop and a glazed donut think again. Only Starbucks Iāve been to that didnāt get my donut immediately. Despite asking two more employees and having them do nothing or say āitās backed upā I had to just leave before I got it.
Never had that issue for a glazed donut I could actually see in the case but couldnāt touch lol.
5 people working too. Which makes it even worse.

I frequent this Starbucks occasionally with my 2 dogs WHO LOVE THEIR PUPPACINOS ( These Dogs they DO NOT joke around...sometimes i get a coffee just so they can have their puppicinos lol - and i Gotta St Bernard @ home she's waiting too! I dont know who loves coming here more, my dogs or ME ? I think ME but sometimes I wonder...! :D --- I usually go inside or in the drive thorough depending on my mood - BOTH are so wonderful! This Starbucks has a really positive energy, the Awesome Manager and the staff are so kind and friendly and so helpful - I can tell when i go inside how busy they get sometimes but they still keep it together and make you feel special and welcomed ! Today Aaron helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure i was helped and that my drink and Puppicinos were PERFECT - Kind people like Aaron and the rest of the nice people who work here make you want visit more often because its nice to have a drink you love and interact with the nicest people on earth! Thank you starbucks Verdugo for all you guys do! Also this place is SUPER DOG FRIENDLY and SO CLEAN AND MODERN inside you just wanna hang out all day the way the light hits it at sunset feels like your in the sky ! Love Coming Here!

I pick up for my girls and wife once a week twice a week atmospheres is great service is awesome. Everyone's usually really nice. The banana nut bread and the egg whites , and the cinnamon coffee cakes are good.

An unhygienic, dirty Starbucks. Garbage juice trails litter the entrance which is steps from the dumpster - for weeks. Spills and drops are also collecting dirt in the doorway. Table tops are wiped like once a day and with a dirty rag, as evidenced by the streaks on the tables. Ew. Bathroom is a bit too dicey, but thatās standard in Starbucks in cities. Black sticky goo has been on the bench where many people sit - for literally 2 months. Told staff twice but nothing happens; gross. Good lounge area to work but the AC is too cold, in the 60s
