This the second time I've gone to this Starbucks and had to wait 20 minutes to get my drink from drive - thru. To make matters worse both times my order was incorrect. Longest drive-thru ever.

We approached them with nothing but respect. After asking at the drive through window we politely asked if we could do two separate orders to which they were replied they could do that. When I got to the window the blonde barista was incredibly rude and hostile yelling at us telling us never to place a double order in the drive through again and was very rude. I then requested an additional cake pop and she proceeded to turn around and violently scream at her coworkers, demanding a cake pop from them immediately. She then handed us our items aggressively and we drove away. I left that Starbucks and my day was ruined. Overall a very disappointing experience as we were met with incredible hostility.

The posted hours say they close at 11 PM, but they actually shut down at 9PM. I arrived at 8:30 hoping to get some work done, but had less than 30 minutes before they closed, after already buying a drink. Management, Please update your business hours if your hours are incorrect.

I came by yesterday 8/4 at 10:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 11 PM. The drive-thru workers clearly saw me but chose to ignore the order speaker and then ran to the back, avoiding all contact. No one responded, even though they were still open. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours or acknowledge your customers. Very unprofessional.

The cute guy with the tattoos is really nice, but some of the other workers have attitudes. In the past, when I'd ask for non-dairy, they'd put regular milk in the drink (maybe they've gotten better about this, I don't know). And the last time I got a black coffee, it tasted really watered down. Not good.

I received my order of Spinach Feta Cheese like this and it was rolled up actually when served it looks like someone bit into my food and rolled it up. I can’t believe this. I’ve came here couple of times and never experience this before. I hope y’all didn’t mess with our drinks, one was for my kid

I don't go to Starbucks often anymore. Today I remembered why.. the music was so loud couldn't here the baresta They didn't take off the bring your own cup .. I am guessing although I had it on the counter he couldn't hear me. I give up..

I came to this location to do some work. The coffeehouse experience was nice. I was able to get a “ for here” cup.
This location is pretty busy. I noticed the cars lighting up to go into the drive-through. It seems like they’re able to move cars quick most of the time.
During this time of my visit, I saw a non-customer start arguing and cussing at the workers for asking them if they had made a purchase. With the new policies that Starbucks has, you must make a purchase to use their lobby and bathroom. The workers handled it very well in my opinion.

Our go to Starbucks! Bella loves her weekly Pup Cup. I love the remodel at this location. We will forever miss the Del Taco that was here prior, but happy it was replaced with Coffee.
