Slow drive-thru, and it wasn't crowded. Drink made perfectly.

Got cake pops and three drinks after music practice, not that crazy of a line on Sunday afternoon. They were even nice enough to say they would be with us in a minute when we pulled up to the speaker. Pretty fast too! I think I've been here a few times and I never remember, perfect!

Check your total. There was an extra $ on my total for a drink that had all inclusive ingredients and should not have been charged extra. They were nice enough to correct without an issue but I wonder how many people overpay.Also... the drink was incredibly weak. Do not recommend.

we ordered online and came through the drive thru, we were the only people in the drive thru and they made us pull to the side. They helped three cars ahead of us, i even saw a car get the same drink as i did so i don't understand why they couldn't have just made our drinks on the spot. My drink also wasn't filled all the way. Not my first bad experience here but definitely my last because i won't be coming back.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service. If you have people waiting in the drive thru for their drinks, please don't leave the drinks outside for every customer to pass and for the drinks to get warm. It's basic knowledge. Not to mention the germs and dust that's collecting on the cups. And then they have the audacity to give you attitude when you ask for the drinks to be remade? Ridiculous..

I love Starbucks easy parking great coffee all over and my fav thing is their sandwich the mozzarella and tomato. It's the best. I literally left my body when I had it. Also highly recommend Iced venti latte. I also like to get it decaf in the afternoon.

This place is not managed well. Orders are wrong and very late. Food came out cold. Drinks didn't come out at all and when we politely asked about our drinks, the barista over the counter was not helpful.This Starbucks is likely optimized for mobile pick up. The in store experience was awful and needs retooling to optimize the in store experience.

This particular location in Burbank, Verdugo and North Hollywood way I believe, is great! I love the interior design and the staff. The best part is that nitro cold brew was do e the right way!Because at many other locations they poor you nitro cold brew without any nitro left. At this location they actually made sure that there was nitro before pouring the drink. Recommend.
