It is the worst coffee I have ever tasted, it seems like if they put in half milk and half water, I got an unflavored drink, I am very disappointed. They ruined my favorite drink.

I see all these negative reviews discussing the store and it's employees... Spend fifteen minutes there and it becomes abundantly clear it's the customers themselves who are the nightmares. I'd wanted to speak up, when a male customer (by the name of Dick, ironically) was berating the staff for whatever misconceived idea. He had complained that he used to work at that very spot and would never allow things to occur as they had to him that day. He had insisted on emailing or getting in touch with the district manager to make his voice heard, however it was clear that's all he needed and wanted. He needed someone to shout at, he wanted to start an argument. Either roid rage from his gender affirming care, or some other outside force was causing his antisocial behavior. I know when the staff see this review, and Dick's name (his actual name, I'm not being childish) they will know the exact event in question. I generally stay out of people's affairs, but I was so very close to breaking that policy that day.

My wife puts in a mobile order, and I wait 25 minutes for an iced tea to get made. I’m watching the cup with her name on it get passed over and over. Employees are meanwhile standing around joking around and when I finally speak up and say where’s my drink they make it in 15 seconds, and say “sorry we were having technical difficulties” what? Don’t lie to my face man, tell me sorry we messed up and were busy goofing around and not paying attention, and we messed up. I’m looking at the cup. I’m looking at the tea, already premade, just needs ice in it. And you try to lie to me and say it was “technical difficulties???” What a joke. I’m never entering this place ever again. It’s one thing to mess up, it’s another to try to pass the buck and not take responsibility for you or your employees actions.

I just left my local starbucks on 9/15/25 at 2:15pm, and my visit was SPECTACULAR. I was helped, I believe, by a gentleman named Mark. He was VERY POLITE and VERY HELPFUL. The person who made my drink, a brown sugar shaken, made it PERFECTLY. I did not catch the names of the kind workers behind the counter but they were also SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY. EVERYONE HERE IS BEAUTIFUL AND I HOPE THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.

I dont know who runs this place but they really need to train their employees better. My son and I stood there at the counter waiting to be acknowledged and order but 3 employees behind the counter did nothing. Just continued doing their thing. We turned and left. Zero customer service. I would give negative 'stars' if I could. This happened around 303pm july 5th.

I went there and i asked for a drink that was out of season by accident and the lady who took my order seemed really offended and wanted to get done with my order as quickly as they can for some reason. I come up to the window and sure enough attitude and handed my drink while talking to her coworker. Dont get me wrong talk all you want but atleast day ty or bye or sum. Ive never had a bad experience i guess today was my lucky day.

Plainly understaffed, but the staff they do have are rockstars! Anthony kept in constant communication not just with me but all waiting customers and bounced between the register and the make line so quickly to keep everything moving

Don “Don Don Nonoy Michoso” Azul

I was here last week at around 4:45am (they open at 4:30am; see attached photo with posted hours) after charging my car at the Supercharger station. The door was locked but the staff let me in and apologized profusely and allowed me to order.

At around the same time this morning (11/19/2024) after charging my car at the Supercharger station, I tried to enter and found the door locked. Both male associates gave me dirty looks. Finally, one of them opens the door and curtly ‘informs’ me that their lobby doesn’t open until 5am (see attached posted hours; not true). I kindly point out the posted hours yet the male staffer (short, skinny with earrings, mustache and a very HUGE Napoleonic complex) again curtly reiterated that those posted hours are ‘inaccurate.’ He slams the door in my face.

The new CEO stated that he wants to bring back the quality customer service experience that Starbucks used to be known for, yet what transpired a few moments ago shows me that the new CEO has a lot of work to do to clean house of these self important, self entitled, lazy and rude employees. He better do so ASAP, otherwise loyal customers will seek their coffee elsewhere at Starbucks competitors (ie Coffee Bean, Peet’s Coffee, etc).
