I see all these negative reviews discussing the store and it's employees... Spend fifteen minutes there and it becomes abundantly clear it's the customers themselves who are the nightmares. I'd wanted to speak up, when a male customer (by the name of Dick, ironically) was berating the staff for whatever misconceived idea. I just left my local starbucks on 9/15/25 at 2:15pm, and my visit was SPECTACULAR. I was helped, I believe, by a gentleman named Mark. He was VERY POLITE and VERY HELPFUL. The person who made my drink, a brown sugar shaken, made it PERFECTLY. I did not catch the names of the kind workers behind the counter but they were also SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY. EVERYONE HERE IS BEAUTIFUL AND I HOPE THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.
Walked into the starbucks and asked for water and the quality of customer services in able to give free water on a extreme hot day is truly valued. Thank you for being understanding and caring for your work. God bless you. 🩷
