I had a great experience thanks to Star and Larissa! Star was super helpful in guiding me on how to order a hot version of the Salted Caramel Cold Brew, something I’ve always wanted to try. Larissa made the drink perfectly and with such care. You could tell she takes a lot of pride in her work, not just with my order, but with every drink she made while I was there. Both Star and Larissa were professional, engaging, and made the visit memorable. Great team!

This Starbuck’s Internet is embarrassingly slow. I ran a SpeedTest with nobody here. Less than 2 meg. I was a CIO and manager of all things IT for the second largest water utility in the State of Washington for over 25 years and recently retired. They have necked it down on purpose. This doesn’t just happen. Maybe in 2005, but not anymore, and absolutely not in LA. They don’t even sell service that slow anymore in any city. It is annoying and utterly ridiculous. The staff is hamstrung with horrendously bad internet. When ask them why, every single one of them Is embarrassed. Fix it! If you don’t know how, call me. I’ll help you for free.

Staff here is so friendly & sweet. They quickly remembered my name. They take their time to make the drinks delectable. Megan remembers how I like honey in my Cafe Latte. When I order it iced, she takes extra care to stir the honey into the espresso before icing the drink. When I order this drink hot, the foam is nicely made by the barista. Love this location also. Lots of seating. Nice & cool on summer days indoors. Spots to charge your devices are available. There is plenty of patio seating. Which is pleasant with a view of the mountains.
