One of the better Starbucks in the area. I always order ahead thru the app and this place is good at making the coffees taste the same all the time. They have the food items all the time with the exception of one time but the employees were fast to communicate that and were super kind and helpful to get the issue fixed.Parking: Huge parking lot you will never struggle here

I organized and added flowers to "My Corner" of Starbucks!!! I believe it creates a more comfy and unique area for customers to enjoy their food, coffee and conversation!

Customer service is a 10/10. Toby, the most welcoming Starbucks barista I have ever met, and genuinely was excited to socialize and do their job and it was a breath of fresh air. Go here!!!
Just got a drink here, and ran into an amazing employee Toby. They greeted us with an ecstatic attitude and joyous conversation. They were a pleasure to have encountered and it made the experience so good! Appreciate this location and the staff!

Employee named "Astra" apparently left behind a receipt from previous customer. When I picked it up and was about to give it to her/him/them, the employee very aggressively reached out to me and ripped the receipt from my hand before I could say anything. 1) I was going to give the receipt, because I understand how important privacy is, not to mention it's their fault for leaving behind a receipt. 2) the most appropriate action would've been to apologize for leaving the receipt unattended and ASK FOR IT. I considered making a comment on the spot, but I heard some horror stories about vengeful baristas, so decided not to make a fuss about it. But as someone who works in customer service - I would've at least been put on a write up for a stunt like that. Toby, on the other hand, made one of the best drinks I've had at starbucks, so that's something worthy of recognition. Astra makes me want to avoid being served by him/her/them etc.

A sloth is faster than Vivian and this person never greets. On top of that, Vivian just abandoned my pastry by the heating machine(that was ready btw)and never retrieve it to pass it to the immidiate barista. I had to ask the girl who's doing coffees to retrieve my pastry. I would highly recommend (Starbucks Empire Burbank) to coach Vivian on what customer service is and be attentive to customers.

Nice staff . Came in to order one of those tik tok drinks and they were nice about it . I know it could be annoying for some when ordering off the regular menu . Also the manager was chatty which I always enjoy .
