I am a regular customer at this location, and enjoy getting work done on my laptop- thank god for the tables! Today, I asked the cashier (name is EDGAR) if he could give me a water, and he said I would have to purchase drink/food in order to get water because of company policy. How frustrating I thought to myself since I was given free water earlier this week at the same location, but sure I understood it was likely a new policy and accepted it. About 30 minutes into my work, the same cashier approached me and asked me if I had made a purchase for today? I was confused, as he just denied my water 30 minutes prior and knew I didn't make a purchase. He then said that unfortunately I would not be able to sit down at the table- he was trying to kick me out! THIS IS THE SAME GUY WHO REFUSED ME WATER. You can't kick someone out from Starnbucks because they., I've been a loyal customer at this location. Most days I order food/ drink. This cashier had a terrible attitude with me- Never coming back here again. :)

Cashier charged me full price during a special and did nothing to make it right. Her comment was oops I did not charge you the specail price. No apologies were made. She did nothing to make it right. The cashier needs to be written up and sent back to training.

Location and workers are nice and they have a good amount of seating. However, there are a LOT of guys hanging around in groups loitering in the parking lot outside of all these businesses here, leering at you and it's very uncomfortable and weird. What's up with that? Inside is also very very freezing cold, uncomfortably so after a bit.

While waiting for my food. I watched a woman put her small dog on the counter, the employees damn neared knocked themselves over to pet the dog, not remove it from the counter. No one washed their hands. The woman with the dog moved to where the food and coffee was being handed. She placed the dog on that counter too. Am employee came out, I thought to say remove your dog, nope, picked the dog up and let him lick his face. No one was washing their hands, only when I said something did they snap out of it and say they would sanitize the counter. Don't. Eat. Here.

Amazing staff who are the embodiment of the neighborhood friendly barista who knows every customer intimately and I felt that on my first visit. Not to forget having the best hot chocolate in a long long while. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
