Beware of using your Starbucks app at this store they took all the money I had in my Starbucks app and the amount I reloaded which was $35 which the employee you see in this picture Andy saw me reload then proceeded to charge my app. Shortly after he seems to be having trouble not sure if he was new or if the system was having issues but then he said the purchase did not go through and wanted me to pay again when all the funds from my Starbucks app that I had just reloaded disappeared. He then called his manager or whatever she is Maggie and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not want to give me the order that I PAID for. I showed her my phone where it was reloaded and even the cashier saw the payment I made through my phone and the credits be on my card and disappeared and he even told her that and she refused to give us the order unless we paid again. I then continued to give her solutions to solve this issue as 1. Providing a refund or 2. Give me the order she does not want to work with me on any and tells me to leave the store and contact Starbucks customer service. Terrible service pay only cash here then they won’t be able to say the payment didn’t go through.

I so much appreciate this place being where it is. I believe that everybody will stop by here for coffee or something to eat before or after Warned Bros tour, as that activity takes hours.
Besides drinks, there is a bigger offer of sandwiches and snacks than in some other Starbucks, I would say.
You can eat your meal or drink your coffee at one of many tables at the café. I also saw electric sockets at the tables so you might as well use them to charge your phone or so.
Staff member taking my order at this place was very professional and pleasant.

Very expensive for what I like
Rip off place. A few weeks ago prices there were same like all Starbucks stores. But all suddenly they increased the prices tremendously to rip off the visitors. Shame on you guys!

The cafe at this location is almost half as expensive as usual, and the service is also unpleasant. I have never seen such a problem with cutting a bun in half. The lady told me to get a plastic knife and cut it in half on the counter myself.

What is there to expect? All franchises are the same, i.e. mediocre coffee with rather unhealthy and pretty much tasteless pastry/snacks/sandwiches.

Nice cafe with good coffee and snacks. But for me the most important thing was that it’s close by NYFA.
Wasn’t open at 8:30 as billed; told it would be 8:45. At 8:45 was told again that they would open ‘in 5 minutes’. Also very rude. We did not wait.
