Rip off place. A few weeks ago prices there were same like all Starbucks stores. But all suddenly they increased the prices tremendously to rip off the visitors. Shame on you guys!

What is there to expect? All franchises are the same, i.e. mediocre coffee with rather unhealthy and pretty much tasteless pastry/snacks/sandwiches.

Wasn’t open at 8:30 as billed; told it would be 8:45. At 8:45 was told again that they would open ‘in 5 minutes’. Also very rude. We did not wait.

Your regular Starbucks. It was a little crowded but not too bad. Our cashier seemed to be new and learning the routines, and it was nice to see her coworkers were willing to help her with good attitude. Everyone was nice.
My regular Starbucks was closed and they sent me to this location and it turns out it's at the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which I had to go through security and then the manager told me that they won't refill my Starbucks like the other ones and that the cost for a regular price of coffee was 3:25 instead of 295 so they're real price gougers and they're also snobs at this location because they wouldn't honor a normal Starbucks so this is an abnormal Starbucks beware to all wizards

Not good at all .. took 10min to get Thru security just to get coffee .only had one person making stuff got a few orders wrong which made the wait longer ... ...should not have taken 20min to get one cup of hot coco !!!!

If it were at Disney, I'd think the employees were robotic. Friendly conversation has no place in these walls. Every time I walked in (a short walk from work) lifeless pod people unable to smile or show any kind of customer service took my money and made my coffee. One time I got one to break asking how her day was. She answered with silence. I said, "I'm sorry". She responded,"thank you." To their credit, it's almost like their souls have been broken by the barrage of entitled tourists stacking in every 15-30 minutes. I almost don't blame them. I give them some level of understanding, while simply choosing to the walk to the next coffee option.
