This Subway is clean & the food is great. The owner & staff are very conscientious about the quality of the food here & customer service. The owner caters to customers treating them as friends & neighbors; as we all are. I would stop off my way to eat here. The parking is tight although there is underground parking on Verdugo (this location is on Glen oaks & Verdugo). I recommend the tuna or meatball sandwich or steak salad. They also have sides & sweets. I'm sure the menu is like any other Subway although the quality all-around is above & beyond.

Vegetarian options: That's an individual thing.

Dietary restrictions: They have many choices.

Parking: Parking can be tight. There is underground parking available & street.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, they welcome children.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are disability accessible. I am not sure if they have restrooms.

One of the best locations. Great customer service! You can definitely feel the great energy here. The cleanest and freshest Subway I have ever seen. Employees worked quickly to prepare my order. 5 Stars for sure! The food is always fresh, the people who workes there are very nice, kind and friendly. Me and my son enjoy going to this location. Highly recommend.

Spoke with an employee today (Amo? apologies if I mispell) who shared that the place is under new management the past year and a few months. He shared and showed me that it’s one of the freshest and cleanest Subways, even as noted by inspectors. He showed me how much he values making every sandwich with love + care. His station and prep looked impeccable, he mops a few times a day. Great happy staff who values making this location one of the best. Would recommend! Sandwhich was great and fresh.

This is a gem of a place! I have been eating subway since the colors were Black and Yellow and I've never been to one so clean and with such good/friendly service, plus fresh ingredients in my food :) I have lived 4 minutes from this location for 4 years and never knew what I was missing out on. If you want good, fresh, healthy food, fast, this is the Subway you want to stop at. On top of that, the folks working there were very friendly and professional. Its tough to find a combination of good product, good price, and friendly service...I guess that speaks to the neighborhood feeling Burbank has, even though its right in LA!

On Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 7:24 pm I placed an online order for a sandwich and a soda for $20.70 but I made the mistake of ordering it at this store and I couldn't cancel it in the app and the option that the app gave me was to call the store, which I did call the store and a man answered who did not want to give me his name, then I explained that I made the mistake of ordering it at this store and I asked him to cancel my order on the tablet and he said No, I asked him can I get my refund? and he said no, not in person and not in the app which is a different corporation, then I asked him, "what solution do you give me?" and he replied that there is nothing that can be done, then I asked him, can I go tomorrow for my sandwich? I'm far away right now I can't, it was my mistake but I can go tomorrow for the sandwich since I paid for it and my soda and he said NO! that he couldn't give me the sandwich that they already had ready and made and that I should go get the sandwich today, I don't ask for it for free. I PAID and explained to him that I can't because I'm not close and he yelled at me that they were NOT going to give me anything for free, I paid for a footloong and a soda, I think if there's a mistake we could have found a solution but he didn't want to help me, so I asked for his name and he didn't want to give it to me and he said that he was the manager and that if I went tomorrow to ask for the sandwich he would NOT give it to me, I am disappointed and very upset with this man, he YELLED at me and HANGED UP the call on me, how disappointing that being a manager he didn't know how to help me in any way and he yelled at me very ugly ?

Employees have Excellent customer service. This location has the freshest food and by far the Cleanest location I’ve been too. #1 Subway for sure!!
