Parking: Limited street parking. Went while that block was busy so we had to lap it around twice before parking behind the building.
Before I even ordered the cashier tells me “We only have burnt bread. Is that ok?” Since I was on my lunch break I said fine. At the register the sandwich I ordered rang up $2 more than advertised on the board. I asked why is it a different price and the girl responded “It’s an old restaurant. They probably just haven’t changed the board in a while.” I told her that was false advertising and she literally just responded with a shrug of her shoulders. SMH.
i drunk even better coffee in my life, but subs are gorgeous :)
Slow service just for a sandwich
NEVER OPEN!!!! NEVER EVER OPEN. DO NOT EXPECT THE HOURS TO BE ACCURATE ONLINE.
Associate was very helpful

This place seems to be randomly closed during their normal opening hours. I've gone a number of times where the doors are locked (poorly I might add, I could probably pull them open if I wanted to but I can see that the lock is trying to hold the doors shut) and the lights are on hours before their posted closing time. They are a normal subway, nothing is exceptionally good or bad when they are open but will be a toss up for them to be open when you want to go.
I have been purchasing Subs from this franchise for 20 plus years since I work for Disney in the nearby tower building. The quality of customer service at this Riverside Drive location has suffered terribly in the past year. Wait times are long and they typically are out of the bread I like. Today however will be my last visit as the single worker on duty notified me after I had been in line for about 10 minutes that after he completed building the current customers sub he would be going on a 30 minute break and since he was by himself I would have to return in 30 minutes. There was no one behind me in line so I find it totally ridiculous that he couldn't postpone his break a few minutes and complete my sub after I had been waiting that long. Jersey Mike's will get my lunch money going forward.
Same old place.

Don’t order online. They put your order on a shelf in front of the register for pickup where anyone can take it - as mine was taken today. The curly black haired kid behind the counter offered no remorse or apology after shrugging and saying “guess someone else took it” and only after I was standing there, trying to figure out what to do about my missing order, he informed me that he’d remake it after he did everyone else in line (5 deep at this point). He was alone and definitely understaffed so I understand the stress but he was rude, couldn’t care less about the inconvenience (I was on my lunch break) and did nothing to help. Very disappointed in my experience today.
The place is open and then randomly is closed for days if not a week. Open sign is on, its 11:34am and their doors are locked as they are on break for 30 minutes. Not specifying exactly when they will be returning, just that they are “on Break, back in 30 min. Never have I heard of a subway closing for business because of breaks. No shifts?
woman put practically only lettuce! I won't be back
