I've been eating here for years, but due to current circumstances I have had to make it known that the cashier/owner does not wear his mask properly in the shop, and risks contaminating any sandwich he handles. I will not be returning until after the pandemic has passed as this is a huge health and safety risk

If I could give 0 stars I would I went in ten minutes to 7 and the lady said they were closed as she just made a guy two sandwiches very rude all I wanted was a kids sandwich with turkey and she couldn't make them never again will I ever come to this subway so rude

Pure Garbage of a Subway, my wife ordered curbside pickup today at 11:25am via the app. The lazy, inconsiderate female worker said that my wife with our 2 kids had to come in and get it because she ordered a fountain drink. This is pure b.s. because every take out place brings our drink or substitutes it with a bottled drink of our choice. How in the hell this location has even a star let alone a star and a half is mind blowing. SUBWAY should be ashamed to have a location like this one associated with its name to provide this crap called customer service. Let me guess, were going to blame covid? Well other locations are doing just great with there customer service, your location and customer service is pure garbage.

Food is alright. One thing i don't like, they don't take orders very well. I've been here several times and asked for lots of olives cause i love lots of olives in my sandwich, they only put around 10, they literally just take a pinch of olives. Apparently a lot means "just a little" to them. Won't be coming back after the second time.

The food is not the worst, but the service is. The owner is very unwelcoming and disrespectful. He treats us like wallets on a conveyer belt. No matter how hungry I go into that Subway, I always end up losing my appetite. There’s another Subway a short walk away where the customers are valued. Please don’t spoil ur lunch here.

Came in during lunch and ordered a chicken wrap. I asked for Caesar dressing and noticed it was out with all the other dressings. Other subways I have been to had their Caesar dressing in the fridge. Didn't think much of it. The lady was super weird. But then again a lot of these types of food places where you pick your toppings have super weird employees. Anyways, I ended up getting food poisoning. I have been in the restroom all day. I will never come back to this place again. I just noticed someone else below said they got food poisoning too. I would just be careful ordering from here or just try to stay away and look for another subway.

Everyone here complaining about the employees and whatnot must understand that the high school students have abused the water cup policy and have created a very noisy/loud environment for years. This subway's owner/manager has owned it for almost 25+ years and has seen it all. I grew up going here after school and am now a fully grown man so I've seen my fair share of abuse within this subway as well. I can admit that some of my high school water polo teammates always created a commotion and abused the kindness of this establishment. Also, this is a business so you must understand that certain types of managers are very hands-on and like to cut expenses wherever they can. If you need to stand up for yourself to get more vegetables, then DO IT instead of complaining like a little baby when you get home and unleashing your buyers remorse over a yelp review. Leave the petty antics for your mom and dad. This is the real world. Ask for what you want at the moment or shut up and don't complain about it like a gossiping little worm after the fact. Jesus. Pathetic entitled people nowadays...

Eat fresh? More like eat old bread, watered down soup and old freezer burnt products. The owner is extremely rude and CHEAP. He is always fighting and arguing with customers and gets mad when you ask for things you pay for. I don't understand how this place is still open. The employees are nice and helpful but get abused in front of customers. This place is way below subway standards and should be disowned by the company. I really hope someone sues this pathetic owner and forces him into a much needed retirement. Avoid this place if you have standards and don't want food poisoning!

Worst subway in Burbank. They over charge you and do no accept coupons. Very unsanitary rude and low quality food. Don't waste your time coming here

I stop in early AM. Appreciate that this location is open 24 hours. I find the staff to be very pleasant and they accurately complete my orders. Currently have Chocolate Cherry Cookies that are DELICIOUS...taste like chocolate covered cherries

abudabi is a b**** a** owner and racist towards us Armenians! I asked for kabab in my sub and this bt asked me if I was crazy. One time I had f****** c** in my sub. this boka choda probably doesn't give a f*** about his business cause its going to go out of business. Recommend if you like baal in your sub.

Worst place EVER!!!!!!! Everybody who works there looks so miserable! They do t even make your food good! Not only that but don't even know how to charge correctly! If you ask for extra stuff they get mad! Such horrible service! DONT COME HERE if you want good service and well prepared food!!! They are also now the same as other subways they don't have and deals or special!
