STAY AWAY! Horrible service from the time you walk in. Nadee looks very bothered that she has to help anyone. I start to order my sandwich and she goes on to add her own toppings without even asking what I’d like. I asked her for a different cheese. She got upset and said “ I already put shredded cheese” (not what I asked for) and also said I couldn’t order it my way. She continues to add her own toppings without asking, when I asked if she could add onions she said she couldn’t do that, and she would have to charge me extra. I was very confused because I was at this same location two days prior and ordered the exact same sandwich with Nadee without any problems.

I seriously had to rudest experience. They made it so you could just tap the card and the card put a tip on the service. The woman who was serving me was new and very slow and I had to repeat everything a couple of times so no I was not leaving a tip. When I objected to the tip being put on my card they started blaming me were rude is all hell and aggressive saying I was a bad customer and blah blah blah. I've been coming here 1-2 times a week but now I will stop coming. Seriously ridiculous customer service. They should have apologized for the machine being Ultra sensitive voided the receipt which they ended up doing anyway and recharged it like they did anyway with a good attitude and keep a customer instead of the rude attitude the server had.

Don’t come to this subway the lady who made my sandwich was so rude I ask jalapeño she didn’t want to she put tomatoes she didn’t ask me if i want tomatoes she wanted to make my sandwich her way she made my sandwich messy

This is the worst service I got in the subway. The girl who was working over there her name was nadee was very rude, and gave a lot of attitude. She didn’t know how to make the sandwich, she didn’t know common sense. And when I asked her for the manager she gave me the store number so I would not be able to complain about her. I will not return to this subway again.

Since when can't you choose your topping on any sub came to this location at lunchtime and the two girls working said that wasn't allowed and had to be how it's listed on menu then charged me for 3 extra cheese when only thing I changed was added pickel and olives and got a different dressing, I agreed to pay for the things I changed not the highest priced add on instead of being charges for pickels and olives which was 1.30 I was charged 3.60 for extra cheese I will never return to subway again

I went to pick up an online order for 2 sandwiches. Both sandwiches did not have cheese on them...and it was steak and cheese. Unbelievable..workers needs understand how to take orders.

The Manager is the worst Subway employee at Subway that I ever encountered in the 40 years that l have gone to Subways If you want an assortment of veggies she acts like your stealing them

The latino lady and latino man working at this location at 11:40pm on 02/29/2024 should not be working in the service industry. I came before closing and asked them if they were open and they said yes i asked for a footlong and a salad and the lady did it with a bad attitude putting one tomato a pinch of lettuce and got offended when i asked her to please add more and let me choose what i wanted in the sub since i didnt want certain vegetables. They then proceeded to abuse me in spanish which I speak calling me Pendej* and mother&@%^ I told them I speak spanish and they said so what we will call the cops because apparently Iam abusing them for asking to choose my own ingredients??? The cops came and I asked them to check the camera to see if I was really doing anything wrong. The cops wasted their time to come handle this situation I hope I get a response from the manager this is not okay! If you are miserable and don’t want to work then you shouldn’t be working in the service industry!

Maddie, decided to give my fiancé attitude about a sandwich. I thought it was pretty basic that when you toast a sandwich, you toast the meat and the cheese, not just the cheese. She shouldn't be working in a service industry if she cannot do it with a smile and a good attitude. If she really doesn't like her job that much, she should quit. Maybe management should just fire her for having a poor attitude with customers. She has terrible customer service, I would definitely recommend you go somewhere else. Any other subway is better.

I order online for the deals but watch them make it to make sure it's done right. They still managed to not fix it the way it was ordered and I get some attitude back when I mention to them they're doing it wrong. I don't like to have to watch but this is the reason I do. I only go because it's cheaper priced than any other location and within walking distance away.

I asked for a lot of sauce and for them to label the sandwiches so I don't have to open someone else's sandwich. They didn't do either. Now we are stuck with dry sandwiches with no flavor.
