The owners/managers are cheap and unfriendly. They do not accept CTA discounts. They said they would give me a 10% senior discount. I thanked them, but when I got home, I discovered that I was given a 10% discount for an order that was 26.60, but the discount = 0.00. The workers are friendly and sweet, but this subway is managed by unfriendly, cheap, and untruthful people.

This is the subway with the worst management ever!. Every time I try to give them another chance, they disappoint me. I eat at subway very frequently, and even though, this is the nearest location to my home, unfortunately, I don't like to go there. Go to the one in Victory Boulevard instead. You won't be regretted.

Horrible place to go . I go in there to use a coupon I had for a meal and when I get to paying the manger says they don't accept coupons and then I tell him really ? I've been here before and they accepted my coupon ? And with his smart ass remark says " when was this like 2 years ago " and I said no actually this was about a month ago . Mind you ive been waiting in line and he sees the coupon in my hand and doesn't even say anything before I even order about not " supposedly " accepting coupons . The manger is such a cheap skate . No wonder they have horrible reviews. Never coming back .

I think subway is 100 times better when they make it in front of you and you eat it right away vs when you order online and have it delivered. My #10 was perfect. Make sure you tell them not toasted at the beginning because they almost auto toasted it.. the owner (tall dude) was out making sandwiches, and helping his staff. That was great. Nice job subway!

I bought three big footlong sandwiches but employees kept on rushing me while I am trying to choose my toppings and also i even don't give them one star because they don't accept coupons anymore, I'm never going back there.

I ordered tuna for delivery, they sent a different order. I called their store and spoke with someone and told me call the grub-hub. I was asking for assistance but did not help. It was on their side who's at fault because I ordered from their subway app.

The guy who manages the place is always seems micromanaging everyone there, and forces them to be super stingy with the toppings. A sandwich needs more than four pickles.Vegetarian options: They are supposed to automatically heat up the veggie patty and I have to remind them every time

This Subway always made me feel unwelcome. Yes I came here more than once and that's because of the convenience of their location.I remember paying cash and asked for a refund because of unsafe handling with money and food during my visit and only receiving a gift card and to come back when the owner or management is on duty.I read other reviews and I see I'm not alone on this matter.
