Worst subway in the area. Doesn't carry many of the regional items other subways commonly have(no oregano?) It's always an argument trying to get a fair amount of vegetables on their Veggie Delight sandwich(Which is almost $10 with tax now). I have left annoyed the last 3 visits. Go elsewhere.

Being honest I haven't always gotten the best service here. BUT I often order online and pickup. A few times I've been saddened when I get home because I haven't gotten what I ordered. I understand the special notes/requests get missed BUT TODAY there was a most fabulous person working and she read my notes. My husband is an adult child like most husbands... he wants spinach on his sandwich but god forbid it's welted he will discard the whole sandwich. Whoever was there this morning double toasted AND separated the spinach on the side just like I asked. I work in the service industry and I understand how easy it is to miss those small but to the customer a very important things. I really appreciated her and I hope this gets back to her. Thank you and you are appreciated!

Ordered the Sliced Avo Mexicali online, picked it up got home it was missing the avocado, too far to go back they should have gotten it right the first time.

I went for Sunday lunch at this particular Subway store because it was close and convenient. I had a coupon for a six inch sandwich for $3.99 so I thought that was a good deal. I read the restrictions to make sure the sandwich I would purchase qualifies for the discount, and it did. So, I ordered the BMT sandwich and when I presented the coupon to the cashier, she scanned it and immediately said it didn't qualify. I showed her the exclusions on the coupon and it did not say this particular sandwich was excluded. So, they scanned it again and for some reason their cash register froze up and needed to be rebooted. In the meanwhile a second worker decided to manually add up the cost of the sandwich and bag of chips and presented me with the $11 (+) bill, obviously not taking into account the coupon. Her response was that the scanner wasn't working. Well, I responded, "That's not my fault." They need to honor valid coupons and they didn't make any effort. I left the sandwich and did not pay the $11 and will not be going back to that store again. This is not service!!!

Employees so friendly and he gives me some suggestions what kind of dressing I want. He said it's good for beef sandwich. I'm not a sandwich woman I add spinach, bell pepper, onion, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and spicy slice peppers. My old job they always order from subway but not taste good like ??? I buy 3 foot long, 1 ham for my boss, one for my supervisor and beef for me. They said so good and they asking me how comes the sandwich so good....I guess the workers they creating my Sandwich with love, plus I give to my coworkers with love ? that's why they love it ❤️ thanks subway Hollywood/ Victory Blvd location. May God bless them always ?❤️

Casi diario como ahí, me gusta porque siempre está limpio y es muy cerca de mi trabajo. Los empleados son amigables, sin embargo leo qué hay malos comentarios, les puedo decir que cada que yo como ahí siempre escucho como tratan con respeto a todos. Yo trabajo en una tienda y se lo difícil que es trabajar con clientes, aveces nos quieren tratar con prepotencia creo que este lugar es bueno y a diferencia de otros yo si tengo buenas experiencias con los empleados. Gracias por aguantar a tanto cliente intolerante y peleado con el mundo.

I either got a new person or Subway has cut down on the amount of meat they put on the sandwich .. i had a footlong turkey and had 5 open slices of turkey .. he opened up the folded meat to put on the bread .. had to ask for more lettuce ..got home and felt like i was eating the bread and couldn't really taste the meat .... Very Disappointed .. I have gone to other Subways and like the way they make a sandwich .. I only went to this one cause its closer to my house .. next time i will go to the other subway further away from my house where they make it good .. and i will be satisfied ..

I had a pleasant experience eating here with my family. Anthony immediately greeted us upon entering and James was friendly throughout our order. I ask for Italian Herb and Cheese bread and instead of say they didn’t have any, Anthony brought a fresh batch out of the oven. Both Anthony and James showed great customer service and deserve a raise.
