The salmon miso bowl Was good and gresh, tasty, only I couldn't eat up after finding a random weird thread in my bowl. Also a fish bone in the salmon, my all time least favorite experience is finding a weird thing in my food or drink and when salmon has a fish bone, totally unacceptable.
Emmanuel was amazing, lovely attitude and was super helpful navigating the menu with us :)

Every time I come to sweet green I am hopeful that maybe I’ll get more food “this time”. I’m always hungry after eating here and it’s probably because they skimp you on the food that you’re paying $20 for. There’s always like 4 pieces of steak and the smallest scoop size for the sides. You’re better off going to Cava or buying a steak or a whole bag of chicken from the store and cooking at home.

I order from here almost every day, and this is what I got for my lunch today🤢🤮
The service is terrible there. No one is ever working the counter they’re always in the back and take forever. The food is cold and over cooked. The price point is high for what you get. Other sweet green locations are better.

Rice was uncooked and person who worked today was little bit rude, almost broke my teeth
This is unacceptable! We ordered a shroomami bowl online, picked it up and I was about to eat it until I saw the mushrooms were burnt black and crunchy, so was the tofu - hard as rock. This place used to be ok when it first opened. It is overpriced which is why I stopped going to this restaurant for a while, but it's hard to find healthy restaurants around. Unfortunately, I tried it again tonight for the first time in a few years. The food was worst than before. I don't think I'll be coming back. I've email customer service already since AI is the only chat you can contact, there are no phones numbers or anything for a live person or help. I'm not sure how you can run a business like that or even think to put something that was overcooked, burnt and crunchy on the plate.

This Sweetgreen branch is my go to for a quick healthy salad! I call it the Salad diner, because it has a light Cali diner feel. The salad bowls are fresh and the staff are very friendly, especially the guy with the mustache.
I recently went to the Koreatown SG, expecting the same service. Whoa it was dire! The rice was raw and tofu burnt to a crisp. I ended up throwing my meal away. Koreatown staff need to take a trip to the Valley to learn how to cook healthy food.

I ordered a salad to go on uber eats and the amount of dressing I got with my salad was laughable. They included literally a tbs for the whole freaking salad. If your going to put dressing on the side in a tiny container at least fill the thing up.
Ordered food online and it wasn’t ready when we arrived. The service was subpar and the food was mid.
We ordered from this location this evening and our order was 43.00. My salad felt unusually heavy, and the salad looked a bit past its prime. The chicken I chewed on felt mushy, and I looked at it and it was pink. I walked over to the sink and poured out half a cup of liquid, it looked like someone added water to the salad. I opened up my son's kids meal and took a bite of his chicken and it was seriously undercooked. This is part of the issue, the other issue is when we called to try to fix this, get a refund or replacement, they outsourced their phones to AI. I was unable to communicate with a live person at the store, we are out $43.00 bucks and the AI prompt offered us a $10.00 credit to 'make this right'. I have to wait until tomorrow to deal with customer service. Meanwhile we need to figure out plan B for dinner. It is incredibly frustrating that this place is not only overpriced, but it's inconsistent and this is the final straw for our family.
Ordered ahead of time and arrived 15 min after the estimated pick up time and food was still not ready. They asked the name the order was under and told me they were still in the process of making it. Thebthe two just stood there talking while in the middle of making the order. Food is great but the time is always off and takes 3 times longer. I could have gone to the market bought all the food gone home and made it myself and eaten before my order was ready. I would understand if it was busy but there were 2 people eating at the tables and just me standing there waiting for my order.
How can you forget to put the dressing in the salad. It’s literally not that hard. Who ever was on staff 02/22/25 at 2:00pm and made the garden cobb this job just isnt for you. $50 for 2 salads and you can’t put in the dressing. How pathetic.
