The most disrespectful customer service.“Jose” the shift manager threatened to call the police because they would not honor my rewards displayed directly from the TacoBell app.Really? Call the police?Come TacoBell corporate. Is this how your employees are supposed to act?
It has been years since I have visited this particular Taco Bell.I used the drive thru and ordered a #6 combo (Taco and 2 chicken chalupa's). As I remembered from the past, the drive thru line was long. But the line moves fairly quickly. The drive thru employee was pleasant and efficient. I received my order quickly.Upon eating my food, I noticed that the chalupas were filled to very top. There was plenty of chicken and the cheese, and the tomatoes, lettuce and other ingredients were fresh. The crunchy taco was also full and they didn't skimp on the cheese like some places do. There was plenty of meat in the taco which had great flavor. The other taco ingredients were also very fresh.Since I used the drive thru only, I can't comment on the interior of the restaurant. Overall, it was a great Taco Bell meal.

The women at the counter were rude, unhelpful, and then had the audacity to make fun of my husband for being British and treated him like he was stupid. Xenophobia isn't a good look on this place.
