I attempted to order Tuesday Drop, Cheesy burrito dips for 1$. The app malfunctioned. One employee said she couldn’t help because she doesn’t know anything about the app. The second employee attempted to help but said I don’t have points to redeem. I had to explain to the employee that this is a promotion. I think this Taco Bell doesn’t train their employees to be up to date with what offers are being offered. Apparently management, Veronica, told me that I didn’t redeem it fast enough, when I redeemed it at 2:00PM. She could care less really, since she was texted someone on the phone while trying to help me out. I guess her personal conversation was more important than helping a customer. Thank you Veronica, I appreciate your attentive response to my issue.

If I was the franchise owner of this location, I would fire every employee that’s working here at 2:00PM, Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

Go to another Taco Bell, the employees from Veronica to the cash register people don’t care about your concerns.

EDIT: I went to the Taco Bell down the street and they were able to honor the reward. What a difference it makes to make sure you hire good management and employees.

You have to order on the kiosk while the employee stands around. They now get $20.00 an hour and do less work. Got home order was wrong. Next thing they have you prepare the food yourself.

I smiled hungrily when I spotted the Taco Bell on Magnolia Bi in Burbank. I enjoyed the concept of it being a very high-class restaurant; one that was portrayed so well in the movie, 'Judge Dredd'.The movie was truly fictional: while the staff was smiling and cordial, the food was magnificently average. It was tepid and screamed at me, "I am corporate food!" I strongly agreed with my taco.

The food is great and delicious. Whenever I do come here I get the bean burrito and 3 Doritos locos tacos and a water cup I usually get coke with the cup. Almost everytime tho I get this place I have to obliterate a bathroom. Not the best feeling in the world but it’s worth it because I love my burritos and tacos.

They're always incredibly accurate with orders and very friendly. I know that most of the employees are like high school college kids but they're phenomenal so kudos to management.

At 12:30 lunch time they tell customers there’s no change for a $50 dollar bill when the order was 15 dollars. The customer at the register wants to say that’s the way it is with attitude,, “ that their not required to have the change for any order” and refuse service all over a 50 dollar bill at lunch time ,are you kidding me??? “ no notices or signs on the registers or walls to inform any customer of their issues with giving customers there change for their orders . A disrespectful attitude not respecting their costumer or their elders for that matter.NO CHANGE IN THEIR REGISTERS OR STORE FOR CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND ITS REALLY NOT REQUIRED SO PLEASE LEAVE NOW AFTER BEING THERE 16mins OF A 30min LUNCH BREAK!!!! Since other customers were waiting now they started harassing because they just wanted food did not care about the problem at hand. A customer for 24 years but no more….. No customer service skills!Who trains ?
